== Instructions ==
1. Upload and Install the downloaded zip file using your extensions manager.
2. Go to components -> ClickDesk
Wait for the page to completely load. Signup and Login.
3. After logging in, the WidgetID field gets filled automatically.
4. Add an operator and verify the id by accepting the contact requests sent to the IM.
5. Go to your plugins section and search for ClickDesk. Enable the plugin for the ClickDesk live chat to appear on your entire Joomla website.

Yes, ClickDesk live chat is mobile compatible too and you can receive live chats on your regular IM apps.

I am very sorry but this extension is not working properly. The helpdesk made it worse. Everytime they promised me to look into the problem and in one week I got 5 different persons who asked me what problem i had. The last helper destroyed my site. He was putting some code in my template file, but after doing that my site was down and not coming back. I really like the extension but the people behind it are not capable of being a good helpdesk!!!

These people present themselves as enabling skype chat, and being non-commercial. After going through the rigmarole of discovering that I have to sign up for their service to use it, I then find that I have to pay money to use skype through their service.
There's nothing wrong with making money, but BE HONEST with people up front so you don't waste their time. This component does not enable skype chat without paying for it.

Hi, The description is updated and clearly shows the limitations of the free plan.
The plugin is non-commercial and is free to use. Customization, ability to use Skype and other advanced features come with paid plans.
Easy to configure, very useful... The customer can use the chat without being registered at your site; and you can answer him using gtalk, so you can answer from your cellphone (android, blackberry, whatever). It also gives a lot of infomation about the customer. Just what I was looking for.
Setup was incredibly easy, the chat box was up and running on my site in just a couple of minutes. The free version works great, and the paid versions offer many cool options. Absolutely recommendable.
I just got it installed. The GUI is wonderful and it look seemless. Immediately i got a few customers using the chat and I supported them via the chat. Using the Free package... Great job guys!
I've been using LiveZilla for a while, but when they started charging I decided to consider other (including paid) alternatives.
With LiveZilla I always had problems because the client had to be installed on every agent's computer.
This system makes it easy ... I can even respond to inquiries on my smartphone using my skype account!
The service (for any active site) will cost you, but DEFINITELY worth it if you need to provide professional live help at a reasonable cost.

This is excellent component! Very easy to use and very powerful. I used it to my website Rapidearth.com and it took 5 minutes to setup. 5 star from me!
