This is simply a fantastic plugin to keep your live support box in front of your customers view without being a total nuisance. It scrolls with the page smoothly and when the user stops scrolling, the sidebox has a subtle snap to action bringing it to a halt

It allows for the live help box to the benefit of keeping of Multi Yahoo/Skype status in front of the customer.
