Posts can be easily deleted by any administrator, whilst a spam filter censors swearing on the shoutbox. There is a .php file in the module which you can easily add any extra swear words to if you feel this is needed. The module is entirely language file based, and thus can be adapted for multi-lingual sites easily.
This extension is simply perfect... works right away without any hassles! Does what it is supposed, but is easily customizable to your needs.
I had a few specific modifications that I needed to the module... Posted on the JoomJunk forum and got a reply with specific direction on how to do these mods within minutes!

Brilliant little extention... I had a small issue with it, but the customer service is second to none. The author took the time to troubleshoot my specific installation and had it working perfectly very quickly. I cannot express how impressed I am by this author. Definately recommended. 5*
Finding a shoutbox module to integrate with Joomla! 2.5x was like finding a needle in a haystack. Finding one that had an easily customizable user interface with clean code was even more rare. Finding one with amazing customer support - well, I only found one. I was trepidacious because I had no idea what to expect from a company called JoomJunk, but I registered and downloaded. There were no sneaky backlinks, no spam mail, no hidden fees or subs for extra features. When I had issues with a template conflict, I posted on the JJ forums and received a HELPFUL response within a couple hours. The support is still ongoing and I have every confidence it will continue. Best customer-developer relationship I have experienced with my Joomla! site to date. Thanks, guys!
It´s a great module. I had some issues in the beginning, but I sent an email (that I didn't believe to be replied, to be honest) and, to my surprise, not only I received a reply, but it was fast (I mean, really fast) and the developer helped me solve my problem.
The other user posted about the page refreshing, but the developer told me they are about to release a major update and it includes the fix for that problem, so I'm ok with it.

it's refreshing the page each time. you might need to consider using ajax and only refresh your module.

Hello timekiller11, we noticed this problem when refreshing pages and are trying to integrate ajax. will be done when we bring out the next update. thank you for taking the time to reveiew.
