Excellent job! In firefox its looks very nice. But in Explorer its things to do. Scrolbars apears... are there a known problem?

I spent more than 20 minutes to download this extensions ! That made me crazy !
When I go to your website a java popup opens and that's why it's impossible to navigate because when you close it , it reappears immediately.
I decided to look at the source code of page , nothing,it's a iframe.
Then I tried to access directly to this iframe but a redirect do this impossible.
Luckily I have a firefox extenion (firebug) wich show iframe source code and thanks this I saw the html iframe source code and I could follow links and finally download chatbox.
I hope you fix it quickly.

Congratulations for this fantastic job. Please, keep it simple.
Really like this component. Works great with standard Joomla interface. Only one problem I am hoping the developer can fix:
When my users log-in using Facebook Connect they receive a "404 - Error (Article #64 not found)".
If this could be fixed I would definitely rate this extension as EXCELLENT!

This looks very polished and seems to move smoothly. I recommend adding Jomsocial integration. If you go to Azrul's website you can get the API for it.

Three problems with this component.
First, it posts back to the front page, meaning it can't live on any page other than the front. This is a major issue.
Second, it requires a postback instead of using AJAX. These days, using a postback, causing the shoutbox to reset each time, and then start the delay before scrolling is rather non-optimum.
Third, it has no support for CB avatars, which would be a fantastic feature.

I agree with you.
- First point and second are fixed in the 1.2.0 rlease, now the shoutbox use ajax when a message is posting.
- Third point is very large... I add a feature for Community Builder. If you activate this option you have a direct link to the poster profil. Have an avatar, why not... But I think that you know the complexity to use javascript in Joomla, the mootools library used by Joomla is not mature, there are a lot of bug for firefox and IE compatibility.

Finnally a working shoutbox for joomla 1.5. Easy to install and use.
It is easy to use with good features and it is free !!
Critics: Couldn`t enter message in Firefox, clicking on the component button shows error page instead of an overview. Hope the support website is finished soon.

I don't know if your web site is finished but DjiceShoutbox 1.1 is just released.
