This does say it does what it says it does, however list do usually have links to the items displayed in the list... because it pretty much is useless. There are several other modules/components that provide lists that are linkable to content. They support the most popular profile management options (i.e. community builder, Joomunity... etc).

Maybe one feature you can consider is to allow for displaying the number of registered users on the site on the homepage (standard).

Just a list, this item would be far better if it allowed clicking the username in the list to PM or make connections. It is just a list, not really much use if username cannot be clickable. Not overly impressed to be honest.

Very good. Does what it says and does what I need. However there should be a link to the user's profile when you click on the names.

Does what it says, except for the search functionality doesn't pull in results if you search for the name or username, even when copying and pasting the username or name. Can't figure that out.

But it's a good start to build on if you want to modify it to suit your purposes.

Easy to install and an easy way for my users to find one another!

It is simple.
No problem on install.
Work well on my site.
I can translate it to suit my site.
If you don't need other feature but just a userlist, it is the best choice.
