Create the illusion of traffic with fake member's online on your site. Designed for new sites that have little or no members to help get the ball rolling.
Please check the picture of the back-end parameters below for a better understanding of how this works.
The fake online module for Joomla! gives you full control over the amount of members and guests online on your site, you also have control over how long these members stay and appear online.
The module is simple:
Set the minimum amount of members and guests you every want online, the amount online will never drop below this.
Set the maximum amount of members and guests you want online, the amount online will never go above these values.
A random number of guests and members will be chosen between the values you have set and will stay online for how long you want.
The time store option allows you to choose how long the members and guests stay online the default is 30 seconds so every 30 seconds the number of members and guests online will change according to the values you set above, this will create an illusion of fluctuating traffic on your site.
Please note that all fake online modules are designed to sync together so you can use this along with the community builder or jomsocial modules and they will all show the same members and guests online for the same amount of time.

This module does exactly what you expect. You can display what you want as even the quality of the visitors can totally be modified. However, it is quite difficult to obtain the password to get the file after payment and the author site is quite complicated.

Hi thanks for the great review! and yes we are having a few probs with the passwords for the download area being sent out automatically (problem with SMTP server)and we have to send them out to everyone manually just now but we will get it sorted soon thanks again Paul.
I spent a month purchasing and downloading plugis, components and modules and ran them on a test database to be sure that everything worked as it should (and they were what I needed) before I committed to building my site. So I feel compelled to write a review to help others in their decisions.
As my site incorporates social networking, I needed a module to encourage others to join, and this was it. I downloaded both this module and the CB version, but found this one to be more compatible with the 'look' of my site. I will simply say 'Excellent, simple but brilliant'.
I highly recommend... no, I insist you get this module as a must - the best $4.99 i've spent!
