Yes, it is simple, and yes, it forgets to install the helper.php so it gives you an error when you first try it, but still, it was just what I needed.

This is too simple IMHO. For me a contact form needs at least a title for the subject line and, these days, some kind of CAPTCHA system.

This has neither.

Oh, and it didn't install properly and I had to do that by hand.
