Hoped this form component would be different but it is the same as all other stuff here. It is not easy and there is too much stuff to read. It took one hour to understand the basic functions.
I wrote a support ticket and waited over one week. I can not recommend this product. In the past I always used smart former and I will keep using this.

I subscribed to 1 year membership.
this extensions does what it has to do. not more not less. there are also non-commercial extensions having the same functions and working as well. due to the subscription I hoped to get new and innovative features. but all I get are small updates. if I had to split my vote I would give 3 stars for the component and one star for the service.

This is not my first time using RS Forms, and everytime I'm suprised with the extent to which they would go to satisfy their customers. They simply go unrivaled in their field.

I had a minor issue where RSform conflicts with another extensions using capthcha.
Excellent service by the developer, and of course: overall a really good component.

Fantastic component worked exactly as expected and then some. Had to contact support with a couple of custom scripting question and they are Excellent too. Fast efficient and friendly. I strongly recommend this component.

Great support even for those without experience.

I had no trouble installing and using this product right out of the box. When I changed my htaccess file I was not able to create a new form. Tech support was there with the solution very quickly. So this is a great product all around, including support.

It's easy to use and a lot is possible.
Support is really good. They worked out everything I needed that the component did not have standard or did differently. So now it works extra well.
Its worth getting a subscription. This will give you extra support and fast support. I fixed every question i had within hours or complex within days. Support awnser almost immediatly.

I've been using the products that RSJoomla makes for quite some time now. There have been several occasions that I needed customer support for custom scripting. They have responded to each inquiry within a couple of hours each time. I'm amazed at the level of customer support these guys give. I highly recommend using RSForms and the other extensions from RSJoomla.

Very nice component that worked exactly as expected. Had to contact support to get post values sent to another page and got my questions answered right away and everything works perfectly. When you pay for a component you hope everything is going to go really smoothly and prevent hassles that a free component might give. This saved me a lot of time and trouble. I don't know how they could improve on this but I'm sure they'll find a way.

Easy to install and configure, easy to create any kind of form. When it comes to being more detailed and creating more complex things it is not exactly straightforward for a normal user but... they have a fantastic support team, very precise and fast who can get you out of trouble in a very short time!

I have been using this component for years now. Always a happy user because this component offers so much functionality that allows you to fully customize you form, reactions and advanced options (I use the pro version).

But what made me really happy is the support. I've bought the life time version a couple of years ago and whilst upgrading to from J 1.0 to J 1.5 I ran into trouble restoring the old back-up files to the new Joomla / RSform!Pro installation. A mail with the back-up file attached can back with the modified version the same day that worked like a charm!

This guy really takes pride in what he does! Highly recommended.

RSForm!Pro is an outstanding extension. I am a beginner Joomla! end user and I was up and running with my new custom form on my web site within 30 minutes. I then went to the RSJoomla! Support Forums on their web site, and I got a response back within 6 hours on how to place my new form in a module position, which only took 10 minutes to setup. This extension is an excellent value, and I highly recommend it for anyone needing a customizable input form on your Joomla! site with a captcha anti-spam filter.

I use RSform pro on 3 sites and continue to be amazed at the number of features and possibilities because of additional script snippets (no charge) available on developer's website. Matched by professional and fast support, this makes RSForm one of my favorite extensions. The developer even programmed a custom validation rule for me to prevent repeat submissions even if the user is not logged in to joomla.

My purpose was to place several distinct forms on a single page. I tried out a couple of other extensions to no avail. But with RSForm!Pro it just works! Moreover there are lots of further valuable features facilitating almost every form-related issue that may eventually overtake me. I'm also happy with its easy configuration and excellent support! Used RSForm (and the Pro version) after trying out all manner of supposedly customisable form extensions, but they were all overly complex.

RSFormPro though is extremely easy to use - and I've found the user forum contains the answers to most of the new user stumbling blocks, with the Support team exceptionally quick to answer any raised tickets.

I'm on my 3rd high-user-contact website utilising RSForm now, and have not a single instability issue or loss of contacts. Highly recommended.

This component delivers exactly the functionality that I was looking for. My site needs to display many specific forms that are delivered via email. The flexibility and features that are available in this component make it tremendously easy to set up and customize the forms. Great work guys. Also, their customer service is great.

I've tried some extensions for forms and subscriptions, but RSForm works the best for me. It is a very complete component with a lot of possibilities. I first worked with RSForm, but when RSForm Pro was launched I switched to this version because of the added options wich are very usefull.

Besides the great component, the support is excellent as well. They give you a quick respons in wich they give a direct and complete answer to your problem.
