Unlike some commercial form components this non-commercial component is on the standard of 2010. Very nice AJAX form creation. I had some little problems so i rate it as good.

The actual software is, I think, as good as it gets. Easy to install, reasonably intuitive, captcha and great results.
However, a couple of things didn't work as expected so I had to hunt for information. It proved frustratingly tedious to find. However, we know this is a problem with most software these days given that the art of writing decent documentation seems to have been lost.
If it weren't for that, I'd give it 5/5. As it stands, it's only let down by the poor documentation so 4 out of 5.

This is by far the greatest forms component for Joomla.
I've test other form components that promise to be the best ones, but no other could beat this one up!
The AJAX interface is really helpful and intuitive - you don't even need to learn to create forms, pr how to do this or do that... no, you just install the component and create them.
Very easy to use, very intuitive. The fact that you can just the labels/fields width just sliding them is a must!
And all the other things and options you have with it. There is no copyright links, no nothing! Just pure forms creation.
I just don't give it 5 stats because the HTML won't validate according to W3C specifications. But I'm sure the author of this great work will correct that, after all, it's only a few code changes.
Thank you very much for your work.

From past two days I was testing different forms, but this one is really very easy form, if you are experience joomla user then this form is piece of cake, I do not recommend more features, because more makes complex, keep it as simple and easy, I will say the most easiest form ever I have seen. Good work thanks from Rightmotion - Naseem

You can't go wrong with JForm, the easiest form creation system I ever used.
It might not have advance features or as flexible like fabrik form, but most of the necessary form elements are available. If you don't need to create complex form, then JForm is the form generator.
Fabrik is flexible but the form template SUCKS! The form layout need too many tweaking to make it presentable.
JForm is straight forward and NEAT! Nothing fancy but it does the job real quick and neat.

Very easy to use ,,, documentation shouldn't even be needed as it's fairly straight forward , easy to install and use. I would have rated 5 stars except doesn't work with SEF turned on but see that developer is working on this issue with next release. Love the drag and drop GUI everything should be so easy. The ability to place textarea boxes side by side would make it perfect. If you're trying to get a form up and running super fast this is the solution.

I tried lots of forms component / plugins and spending hours out by the way ...
THIS IS THE ONLY ONE : intuitive, simple, 2.0 .
I created an account on Joomla just to write this review. GET IT NOW if you need the simpliest way to create a form.

Beta 0.7 is out and includes ip logging and hidden fields that can link to article that form was submitted from. Also backend browze form submissions. Very usefull
This component was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use and functional. I really appreciate the plugin in order to place the form inside an article.
Enough for me. Excellent job.

Easy to install & easy to use. Lack of documentation wasnt much of a problem as it is fairly intuitive.
My only criticism - like a few others is the inability to tweak the layout but that is hopefully a feature that will come as it moves out of beta and into RC territory.
If you want a good (free) form component that has almost everything you need, this is the one.

Thought the one page, drag and drop UI was a breeze to use. I also was unable to get the admin notification to work. But got the email notification working so that was ok.
Wish there were a way to customize the layout of the form elements though. Like adding more than one element per line, and setting the action buttons horizontally instead of vertically. But a very good extension none the less!!!

Drag and drop was nice. I liked everything except about it really, except that I couldn't ever get the administrator notification to work. This was a crucial feature for my site, and the help they gave me was more confusing than anything else.

As others have said, the basic drag-and-drop forms creation is fantastic!
But a package is only as good as its documentation, which lets this one down - if the same amount of effort was put into documentation as has been put into the programming, this will be a winner

Very easy to install and use, I am using it for a few weeks now and have to admit that it's a great piece of work.

This component is really nice, the way the forms are dragged and dropped together works like a charm and looks great!
Excellent job guys!

I am using this component for a couple of months now. I must say that I am thrilled! It worked out of the box, verry intuitive and easy to use. No errors for now. Everything just works! Bravo for Jforms team!

I've tried / used several other forms components and this is by far the easiest to use; I can quickly create and publish fully functional, attractive forms.
The version I'm using is a release candidate but I've had no problems with stability or bugs. I especially like the ability to embed the form directly in a Joomla article.
My wish list for the developer would include having the ability to back-up/import/export forms as well as having the ability to create an order form with fields that would multiple quantities and price, then total the results. Maybe something for the future (?) - but in the meantime, I'm sticking with JForms... it works great for me!
