The plugin is responsible for deploying the feedback form, captcha code if specified in the settings, or a message of "site registration" to comment, apart, shows how many comments each article has a section of which is selected configuration.
The component handles plugin settings and editing / publishing comments. This component in the administrative part shows two options, one to read or look for updates of the component / plugin and the other for a list of comments, and options to edit or delete them.
