Your companies contact info:
There are fields to add in your company’s name, address, city, state, zip, toll free phone number other phone number, fax line, and email address.
Email settings: You have an option for the from email address, the email address the contact us form should send to, and subject field.
reCAPTCHA settings: Fields for both of the public, and private keys, and a dropdown menu to select the theme (Red, White, Black, Clean) you want to use with the reCAPTCHA validation form.
Gravatar settings: You now have the option to place a Gravatar avatar anywhere on your contact pages using the new {GRAVATAR} token. This new feature is ideal when adding contact pages for individual users / staff.
With the release of v1.0.3 you are now able to change the HTML layout of the form without hacking any php files, all you need to know is basic HTML/CSS, using our custom tokens it makes it easy to customize the layout of each and every field. Check out our website for a full list of available tokens.
With the release of v1.1.3 Include your own custom HTML fields (a basic understanding of HTML is required). Enable a customer copy; this is great for an auto reply feature letting the customer know that you got their message with a copy of their message. Custom HTML email template / CSS layout feature, so you can style the way the customer’s emails will look. Email Logo feature so you can add your company’s logo to the top of each email.

I've been looking for an easily configurable contact form -- this module was exactly what I was looking for. It was very easy to setup and works great! I had a "how to" question for the developer I received a response with answers very quickly. I'm very pleased with the product and the support.

I've tried just about every contact form with captcha I could find for Joomla and up until now had settled on a very robust and versatile one that was tedious and time consuming to set up. When I tried this one, it was almost exactly what I needed, a quick install, clean design and easy to modify the css. The only missing element for me was a drop-down for "How did you hear about us?". When I mentioned it to the developer, he added the feature the very next day. Rock on! This is a great new product! I'm very happy with it and look forward to using it on many sites in the future.
