Absolutely the best contact form and the best support. You can not go wrong with this component and plug-in. I can't say enough good things about it. One thing, if your experience hasn't been great: 1. Check the version you are using, which may not be the most recent and 2. Contact them!

This component has been the best "contact us" solution I have seen and works so easy yet is impresive to the end users.

I had some minor issues with orientation of icons and tables but it was short lived because support was super fast with a tweak to get it like I needed it to look!

This must be one of the best Joomla extensions I've used. It's very flexible and easy to work with!

I needed an extra option for Mailchimp integration and Douglas sent me an updated version in less that 24 hours, which does exactly what I want it to! Not only that but he also followed up, offering further assistance and often responding to my emails within minutes. It's a pleasure to work with him! Highly recommended!

For me one of the biggest issues when purchasing a commercial component (other than having it work properly) is the level of support I can get, either through a forum or personally with the developer. Douglas spent a lot of time over the course of three days to help me work out a very custom implementation of the component and associated plugins. His replies were timely and very helpful. I highly recommend Contact Extended and all of Douglas' other extensions.

I've been using the Ajax Contact for about 2 years and absolutely love it. I discovered the Contact Enhanced Component and I've totally fallen in love with it as well. It's amazingly powerful and flexible and saved me about 2 weeks worth of coding. It's bug free and Douglas goes way beyond the call of duty helping you.

Contact Enhanced is a very flexible component out of the box with plenty of options.

I raised a query with the developer to have the option of removing the 'Avoid Tollroads' which doesn't really apply in the uk, expecting a solution after a few months. To my surprise a new version with the changes I'd asked for landed in my inbox on the same day!

I've been a customer of Douglas' for well over a year, and have purchased a few extensions from him. The commercial nature is well worth it for what you get.

Not only is his support timely and detailed, but the most personal I've ever seen in the Joomlasphere. He's undoubtedly the nicest developer out there who consistently goes out of his way to support his clients in regards to customization or additions to his products. Well beyond the standard "bug fixes"

There are a few extensions that truly stick out from the rest, that combine flexibility and functionality with styling possibilities – and that answer to an actual market demand. CE is one of these. It is pretty much what I would have created myself from scratch if only I could. I have used it on several business sites for its stability, flawless functionality and professional appearance.
And it comes with professional and dedicated support by the developer.

I started to look for a replacement to the default Joomla Contact system. After looking at most of the best I chose Contact Enhancement. This was a great decision in several ways.

1. The component installed flawlessly AND installed and activated several plugins at the same time.

2. The documentation (which includes a video for each and every part) was letter perfect and technically on-point.

3. It gives you everything you need to create the absolute best looking contact page including; customizable templates, field creation, text or HTML messages, auto responders, thank you pages, automatic Feedback system, and so much more.

4. When my security settings were blocking the feedback system, Douglas responded and showed me where my problem was (which was my issue not the component). Amazingly he responded in less than 10 minutes to my post! (You rock Douglas)

Bottom line is: If you wish to create a Contact page that will do everything & anything you want, then buy this extension!

Sometimes you read a series of positive comments and you know reality can't possibly live up to it. In this case Doug has created a great component (I bought the full version)that is super easy to use (I imported my existing contacts and viola!) and supports it with prompt knowledgeable service. Thank You Doug. I can't wait to delve into the additional uses of your great component.

Easy to use, Easy to install, and above all the support is fantastic. I can recommend this to anyone who wants a simple a versitile forms tool.

This component is simply the best contact add on out there. It provides all of the standard features along with google maps (that actually works) and even a good set of contact forms as well (including file upload). It will auto fill in sections of the form if you are a registered user but does not auto send the article title.

Overall the best out there even at the price.

I never thought I'd actually need to buy an extension, having so many good free ones available. When I saw Contact Enhanced I knew it was time to make an exception.

Soon after installing it I realized just what a great deal I got. Not just for the amazing features but the incredible support Douglas provides. I wonder how he has time to create such well designed software while being so caring and responsive to client issues.

He has made improvements overnight and added features just because I asked a question about something. There were a few peculiarities I noticed with my site after installing CE, but Douglas did his best to help solve them, and often they had nothing to do with his extension.

I'm thinking to buy more of his extensions, not because I need them but to repay his generosity.

I had been using QContacts for a long time on websites I built. While it worked better than the core Contact extension in Joomla, it was still very limiting.

Then I stumbled upon Contacts Enhanced. I looked at the demos and decided to buy the extension. I could not be happier with the purchase!

First of all, there is integrated Google mapping, built on the 3rd generation Google API (no key required!). And the display of the map within the contact form looks incredible. Time and care was taken to ensure the map looked good, and wasn't just inserted as an afterthought.

The next powerful feature is the ability to add custom fields to your contact forms. Not only this, but Douglas took the next logical step by allowing you to designate fields based on the contact category! What does this mean for you? It means you can use this extension for FAR more than just a basic contact page. Douglas has included most of the field types you would want or need.

Another bonus is the ability to create custom HTML or plain text email confirmations - again based on contact category. So I can have one nicely formatted HTML thank-you email go out to the submitter of the form for one type of contact, and a completely different one for other contact types. Get in and play around with this and you will see what a fantastic feature this is!

Better than all of these, however, is the support from Douglas. I posted a feature request in his forum, looking for a Contacts Enhanced advlink plugin for JCE. In less than 2 hours Douglas had emailed me the plugin for me to test, and told me to donate to him if I wished! Amazing service!!!

Please, if you are struggling with other contact extensions on the JED, stop wasting your time. Buy this extension and you will NOT be sorry you did. It is WELL worth the money!!

Very nice extension, easy to use, with this ext. you don't need to buy another google map or contact form program separately since it comes with all these functionalities.... the most important thing is great support from author, good job!

Contact Enhanced Component is a very good and flexible component. It is easy to use and works as described.
I really recommend to take a look at the support forum. Get your own impression how the support works: professional, helpful, immediate and most notably, very friendly.
This is how I can describe my experience when I had a question.

We purchased the Contact Enhanced Component to add to our site and we were BLOWN away with its features and even more by the support we have received from Douglas... A great product with Top of the line support!

What can I say? Absolutely fantastic and that's both the product and the service! The basic component works like a dream but I needed it to do a bit more. Doug' to the rescue! For a very reasonable fee he modified it for me!
So impressed was I that I asked if he could have a look at a mod in sobi2 for me. Job sorted!!

Both in less than a day!

If all Joomla service and extensions were like Doug and his component then the Joomla world would be Utopia!
