Very easy to install and set up. I spent five minutes configuring and the first test worked seamlessly. Really nice for a site that needs a quick and easy contact form. - warning there is no captcha feature - but I did not need this. I needed quick/easy and working. This worked straight out of the install.

I downloaded it a long time ago and just now tried to use it. I ran into a small problem installing two forms in one page, and the developer answered fast and readily offered his help in fixing the problem.

No captcha ...

Download was easy but required registration. Installation was a snap and adding it into the article was quick once I figured out how to do that (see this how to if you're stuck: http://docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_put_a_module_inside_an_article%3F).

The only thing I wish I could change is the size of the message box. It's a bit small. But, considering the functionality and price, this module is fabulous!

Easy to implement, very easy code to change and modify should you need, just a good simple script. I used it to create a registration form.

it's really good having so easy dropdown menus in your joomla, try don't letting empty lines in the dropdown list's i will work perfectly
