This is a great looking little module, and is great if you want a no fuss form for a module.
I have a coupld of gripes though which is why I have only given it 2 stars.
1. Support is very poor. I have requested support via forum and ticket system and don't get replies back.
2. Captcha doesnt work - at all ( this is what ive requested support on)
3.You cant mix up the form - all text modules have to be together, all dropdowns have to stay together, etc.
Other than that an easy to use very simple form.
I personally need the captcha to work, and due to lack of support I have now uninstalled it :o(

im using joomla 1.5.14
but it did't work for me look nice but the captcha making some problems did try with the saler but did't work it.
btw is very cool you can creat in your own language if you dont need captcha then this wel be good one.

Thats a good module, its fast for making quick contact forms.
When i note publisher for a problem he replied to me in about an hour.
Hope it will be continue like that, offering newest updates to us.

Today i tried this pro module. People in Joomlabyte offered me special support on it. They also send me customizations of fast contact pro, with css changes and more.
