Looking for a way to collect athlete profile for my sport website, I started evaluating form components the first component in my list was ‘Form Management’ after installing and playing around for about 2 hours I stopped looking, I had found what I was looking for ‘Form Management’ is easy to use, feature rich and the most important support from developer, in a short time I was able to create input box, selection list, option box and image upload option, the only thing I didn’t get the change to test is SEF compatibility as I didn’t have any installed on my test site, highly recommend this component.
I read all the reviews before deciding to buy this extension. i tried not to put too much empahasis on the negative reports about support etc.... Well what a pleasant surprise..easy install and form up and running in less than 30 mins..what more could you ask for?
I tried a bunch of the other form components and was disappointed on how tech/programmer oriented they were, and all of them seems to require an extra in-between step to create your form.
This program earns top marks for EASE OF USE and powerful features while retaining flexibility. From simple forms to more complicated ones, this extenuation is the one to have. This is a sorely needed "missing component" that should be included in the basic Joomla installation.
Yeah, yeah, it costs $10 whole dollars, but more than worth the price---it'll save you lots and lots and LOTS of time messing and evaluating with the other free extenuation. Plus you can test and evaluate this for free before you buy.

I really love the form implementation. It is seamless with joomla and i as an admin doesn't need much head cracking to get it started and running. I would give it near full marks. Nonetheless, if the fields can help me to check for exact strings like for example i wanted the user to enter a specific string format SxxxxxxxF, where the first alphabet is fixed and all the X must be numbers and the last alphabet is variable, then at least i can ensure that the user is not typing nonsense into the "identification field". Also, if the form also come a backend to query and sort and filter data with great flexibility, then it would really be a heaven's send. Hope Forme can make these addons to help us. Thank you so much Forme. I love it thoroughly!

at first i thought that this component is just like others so i give it a try and the result is wonderful so easy to use with zero knowledge of programming. so many functions and user friendly too. you can modified the form using the css. im not very good at commenting since im not a programmer. but as u can see even im with zero knowledge with coding is falling in love with this components how easy it is to use, it ease my job and produce an awesome results.

I have tried almost every forum script on this site and the easiest and most understanding for someone that does not know or understand forms. This form script I fell in love with the first time I used it, it has everything I wanted. Finally someone is thinking about the beginners, thank you and what’s next
For my borther I must make a website with Joomla. He said: "make sure there's a form in it". I thought 'okay' but then I realised me there wasn't a good formcomponent. Until the day that Forme saw the light.

This is by far the best forms component that I have used for Joomla! and I've tried most of them (facileforms, performs, etc...).
Not only is this component extremely easy to use, it is also very powerful and very flexible. And most importantly, the author of the component responds quickly and is most helpful. He has added at least 3 features that I have wanted just by requesting them - and they were added to the component the very next day! Highly recommended and well worth the very affordable cost.
