The forms is quite easy to use. After installing it, I just need about five minutes to get my first form ready. I used it in all my Joomla 2.5 sites since then.
There is a button to put the form into the article directly from the article editor. It really save me a lot of time, no need to create a module for each single form anymore. Serbiz Forms is so far the best that I could find, plus they have quick support if you found any problem.

I was hesitant to try this extension due to few reviews. But I was DESPERATE! Although the tutorial images on the backend were different than the actual extension, it works brilliantly. I had tried several non-commercial (all of them) extensions that are compatible with Joomla 2.5 and none of them worked. Support wasn't available, either. I was able to figure things out in a short time using the video tutorials provided. And the offer of help was provided consistently throughout the demo site. I highly recommend this extension. Customizing fields was easy and so was the configuration. Thank you for this FREE extension. I hope others try it and you get more GREAT reviews!
SerrBiz Forms is not only a great form, but it's the best Lean Generation component for Joomla. The form is integrated into Virtuemart's "ask a question about this product" section and works great for my dealership site. Now I can pass leads to my sales team seamlessly. Great product! Thanks

I have used several Joomla forms over the last 12 months and it's always been a bit of trouble each in it's own way.
In my desperation I thought I would look for something new or something I have not tried before and I am blown away to say the least.
a) I am using it on Joomla 1.0.13 with JoomSEF enabled.
b) The 1.9MB installation file (although I had my doubts) installed with NO PROBLEM at all.
c) A form with NAME FIELD and few other parameters was up and running in no less than 5 minutes
d) IT WORKS!!! It is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! It sent a email to where I wanted it to send one, it sent one to the address in the BCC field it even kept 100% record of it IT's WORKS and IT's AWESOME!
e) It works with JooomSEF with no extra configurations!
