Im a begginer using joomla (just 2 months ago i wouldnt dream that i would be doing webpages), a couple of days ago, i was needding a form extension, and after reading some reviews i decided to go with breezing forms. The best choice i could make. Specially if you are a begginer, i really recommend to take a suscription!
I have successfully implemented a form in a static article. The documentation is extensive and the support has been very responsive.

This is an awesome extension. I was having an small issue with a jquery conflict against a different module. I sent in a support ticket and they were able to fix the issue remotely. The forms are extremely powerful and look amazing as well. Great extension, Great support, it's exactly what we needed. Thanks from Vancouver, Canada :)
Whilst this is a good extension, I have submitted 3 enquiries via their online Support Request submission form. The first 2 took them a over a week to respond to and the 3rd, I'm still awaiting a reply from 3 weeks ago. Therefore only 'Average' for me.

I think we should stay with the facts:
*1* You sent two tickets, not three.

*2* The first ticket has been submitted on June 3rd, 2011.
At this time we reorganized the support and made clear - on support ticket submit - that there will be delays.
The reorganization is now complete.
It was also a general before purchase "license" question and not a support question. These questions we answered later than the regular support questions. I think it is understandable that customers who paid already come first.

*3* The 2nd ticket has been submitted on friday July 8th, 2011 and got answered 1.5 business days later. This is absolutely ok.

I have been using Breezing Forms for about a month, and it is the hands down best one I have used. I have tried several, but this one has the most advanced functions and is easy to use. I have not even touched the surface of the capabilities of this module, and it has already allowed me to have multi page form(that saves data between pages), hidden activated fieldsets, customized themes, database storage, etc.
Support is excellent. Response is fast and they work with you to get the answer you need. They also have a good KB and forums as well.
I cannot wait to explore this module and find out its true capabilities.

I have made with BreezingForms especially in easymode, only the very best experience. I have the current version 1.7.3. My two forms (German/English) are created with that mode. At this point I would like to add that the English but also the German support is outstanding. Many thanks to the team of BreezingForms. Special thanks to Thomas. Without his help I would never put my wishes into action. He has accompanied and supported me with active help for several weeks. All my questions were always answered very quickly and perfect. I am happy that even the appearance when viewed by older browsers such as IE 6 is nearly the same how in the current versions of IE. The uninstalling of an older version and the following installing to the newest version was no problem in the backend. The working required at the beginning a little bit training but this is usually often so. The things that one can do it, are almost inexhaustible. I recommend BreezingForms every joomla user whether beginner or advanced user.
Ive been using Breezing Forms now for some time and it is the best form developer component. Im not a developer and with the help of their tutorials I was able to create multi page forms with ease. Over the past few years I had one or two problems. The support team (Marcus) was easy accessible and solved my problems very quickly. Keep up the the great work.

I really like the way BreezingForms have setup the Templates folder so we can duplicate a template, re-name it then style our own css forms.
Also, the drag and drop menu where you can nest the form sections within containers and sections giving complete control over the form layout is genius.
There is a slight learning curve but if you take the time to view the video tutorial you'll make a great looking form in no time at all.
The in-built templates look great also.
Overall, a really great extension and I highly recommend it.

I have put breezing forms through the grinder. My site is complex and I use different form builders on it for different features they bring to the plate. With Breezing forms I can pull off functionality that is definitely outside the box. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing support for this product because it will pay off with fast and informative responses. I consider Breezing forms to be a mid+ level knowledge base to really benefit from all of it capabilities however a lower level experience/knowledge based person could certainly make this work for them as well.

Breezing Forms was intuitive and easy to implement. I used just the Quick mode to create all the forms I needed and they look great. I did have a problem when I turned on SEF but Terry in their support dept was able to point me in the right direction to get it solved. I definitely recommend BF to others who don't have a lot of experience in setting up forms. Although I didn't use the full capabilities of BF it appears that it will do pretty much anything you want it to.

Their site has many video tutorials on how to build their forms which will get you going quickly. Depending on your knowledge, you can have a lot of control. As a designer with some scripting experience, this extension keeps me from hiring a programmer which I can't thank them enough for.
1.5 version is flawless which I've worked with in the past. I'd say the 1.6 version has a few issues but this company is alive, well and will respond to your trouble tickets.

BreezingForms is honestly the worst Joomla add-on that I've ever purchased. I've spent nearly three days attempting to build a single form that I could have coded by hand in half an hour.
The documentation is spotty. The interface is non-intuitive and riddled with hidden gotchas. From my experience, it's buggy and unreliable.
Why this software has gotten the positive reviews that it's received it a mystery to me. From my point of view it's worthless.

though everybody has a different learning curve, we have problems to believe that it took 3 days for you to implement a simple form.
Usually, people use BreezingForms because they create forms a lot faster instead of creating them manually.

Learning how to use BreezingForms is like learning how to use the tools in the rooms of a very complete workshop. The first room has fairly simple macro tools that are very competent. The next room is more specific and capable requiring more training. The farther into the workshop, the more tools and the more capabilities. I'm currently exploring the AJAX tool room. Looking forward to using the tools in the next room. Excellent. Help staff has improved markedly in the past month.
Though you have to learn some steps in the end this is the best form component I've ever seen! The helpdesk was very helpfull to me. THXS!
