We have used this component in a slightly complex site, working against databases and must say it has been worth several times its price.
Just two wishes: an apply button to allow faster work in the admin and clearer documentation.

For creating forms (both single page and multipage) this extension saves a ton of work. It creates everything in the backend so you don't have to constantly edit HTML code and making changes is a breeze. It also generates all of the classes for the various divs as well which saves a lot of time. There are a few features that could be more user friendly like admin emails and thank you emails but other than that this extension is very useful and would recommend it to anyone that wants to make forms quickly and not have to type everything by hand.
I registered for the professional version and didn't regret it! It was easy to create the form I needed and saved me time. I had a problem: a conflict between jQuery and Mootools, wasn't a BreezingForms problem but it was created by the blending of a couple of extensions, but I wanted to tell that in my review because after searching for a couple of days on many forums, the support team of BreezingForms helped me and found a solution very quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
I've been using breezingforms for over a year and its awesome. simple to use interface drag and drop functions, detailed knowledgebase and their customer support is amazing. (as little as 2 hour turn around time) I highly recommend it to anyone with alot of forms on their website.
I use BreezingForms to create my forms and I can do that without knowledge in computer language !
When I had some difficulty or questions, they always give me answers or solutions to help me !

There is not a single formbuilder that provides the same possibilities as BreezingForms. However it's a complicated tool for which you need to learn a lot. The documentation provided is adequate but hard to find. Support is unexisting! Even as a paying customer, non of my tickets and non of my forum threads have been answered. Even though it's a great tool, it's frustrating not getting the support I payed for.
This is a powerful forms generator extension that can do all that I need and more. It can do what I needed: conditional fields, text hinting, masked input and can do much more.
Yes, it's powerful and has a learning curve but even a relatively inexperienced Joomla user like me can learn as you go. And excellent developer support has greatly helped and made it well worth the cost. I am using it with Joomla 1.6. I have some HTML and CSS with Dreamweaver experience but am new to Joomla and Breezingorms.

After some research with several extensions I ended up at BreezingForms because of all the possibilities. With the QuickMode function it's simple to make a form of any size and difficulty. First I bought a 6-month Subscription to try but I now bought a Professional Subscription.
I have been using BreezingForms for over 5 years and recently took another look at the other form extensions that are available. After doing the research I found that BFs is still the best forms component for Joomla. It provides options for beginners to advanced programmers. There are many form themes that come with the product that look great out of the box. I also had to contact support to look at a problem I had when upgrading to the latest version. They quickly responded to my request and had it fixed in less than a day.
It's been several years since I last built any sort of an online form, and as such I'm on a re-learning curve.. but Terry provided exceptional and timely support in response to my questions, even with a notedbacklog of requests. Two thumbs up!
After struggling extensively with the technical and aesthetic aspects of RS Form Pro (principally) and other form tools, I went looking for an alternate form builder to create on-line employment applications and reservations submissions. I have been ecstatic to find Breezing Forms. Breezing is not only much more intuitive to use, but also looks really good on the front end. The three different building "modes" are a bit confusing first; once I learned I could do everything in Quick Mode, all was easy.
Support is generally good, though the support team seems a bit small and possibly overwhelmed by their own success. When Support does respond, they are very helpful and patient; I have had some periods of non-response, but they do eventually get to you.
Bottom line, you won't find a better form builder out there, especially for the price. Highly recommended. Thanks to Markus and his team.

this is my first review for any extension I have used, but I felt compelled to tell my story. After reading the other reviews, I decided to go Breeze forms for our churches online forms.
After reading a little and getting our first form on the site, I noticed an issue with all the data not being stored.
I put in a support ticket and Terry was great assisting me, logging in to my backend and then telling me all the issues that were wrong with my form as well as with my configuration.
I must say with all the features that breezeforms provides and then you add the valuable support that is available this is nothing less than 5 stars.

we agree with the others support is not great . the component works good but its very hard to learn and use on production website .
it has good features but we wish that all features will be available in all modes ( example it confusing to use different modes to build diferent forms , the result needs to be the same! ) . sef support for artio great also . using it for stock exchange website for one month and ok but expected more from developer .

Well this is my first time purchasing a joomla extension. There was a slight technical issue with buying my subscription but it was easily corrected by submitting a support ticket about it. With my first use of the setting up the forms. Very easy, can't stress that enough! Plus the sample forms that you have the option of installing. They help a lot with learning how some of the functions are used. The video tutorials they provide are MOST helpful. I found everything explained very clearly and easy to understand. This form has a lot of potential for any user who is looking for a robust extension! Even a new comer to joomla would be able to use this!

LOVE: I've used other form components and this one is easier to use. I was able to figure how to create a form quickly. The site does offer good documentation on how to configure the forms, for the most part.
HATE: The customer service is not always good. The first time I contacted them, they were very quick about answering me. But after that, it's like they have dropped off the face of the earth. I posted a question on how to change the email that is sent to the admin. I used the instructions on the knowledge page, but it didn't work. I posted 2 times and created 2 tickets on their help desk and have not received any answer.
If you are someone who needs any help, this might not be the best solution. But if you are good at fixing problems, then you would like this conponent.

some of your support requests seemed to be about extending the functionality of BreezingForms (=programming). While we have no problem to help and give advices, we cannot give enterprise support for such a small fee. I hope you can understand that.
We will address this soon with our new enterprise memberships that include a good amount of programming hours. Deal?
Also note that we are restructuring our support team and this might lead to delays, too.
For all the people who had to wait too long for a reply we are currently extending their membership & support durations for free!

This component is really usefull and well developped, you can do mostly every forms you need once you've understand how it works.
The sad is that the pay support is really too slow, I had to wait more than one week to get an answer and because this one didn't solved my problem I have now to wait again more than one week for the second answer...
When support is free I can understand but when you pay for support you're expecting to receive an answere in the 24h or at leat 48h but not more than one week later.

thank you for the review! As we mentioned below we took the appropriate actions and expanded our support staff.
Please understand that it might take some time until everything is in place. The support requests we usually get can be quite complex because you can do so much stuff with BreezingForms that goes far beyond simple form creation.
At the same time we heavily develop new and very big extensions that ship with the same BreezingForms subscription.
For all the people who had to wait too long for a reply we are currently extending their membership & support durations for free!
