The RSForm!Pro Joomla! form creator has all the form fields that you need when building custom forms for Joomla!. The RSForm!Pro back-end uses AJAX for quickly managing fields and submissions.
RSForm!Pro is the ideal tool for non-programmers and programmers alike. It has built-in form layouts that you can use without any HTML or PHP knowledge.
Notifications can be sent by e-mail to administrators and to users, and each notification can be highly customized. The form submissions can be exported in CSV format for 3rd Party use, or directly saved into external databases using the Mappings plugin.

4) Capability to have multilingual forms (default integration with Joomfish) + a collection of language files.
For spam prevention, you can use the anti-spam CAPTCHA field. You can choose between FreeType CAPTCHA (your server must support the FreeType library), no FreeType CAPTCHA and invisible CAPTCHA (form submitters won't notice anything).
The German translation is horrible and many language elements are missing.
There are some placeholders in big letters and I don’t know where they are coming from.
For me it is not a problem but I can not use it for my customers.
It makes it useless for my needs.

The extension published on JED has English as the only language. The other language files are created by volunteers. There may be some missing sentences, but I really doubt that this is a good argument for a 1 star review.
Remember what the JED review rules say?
"A review is not a location for requests for support, feature requests or bug reports. Support questions, feature requests, and bug reports should be taken to the Joomla! Forum or the developer of the extension."
You should have submitted a bug report and we would have fixed the language file immediately.
We've been working with RSformPro for a couple of years now and it's nice to see how they keep on improving their product.
Since we use RSformPro we saved ourselves a lot of time processing submissions. We use this extension for a site where people can sign in for a course. Combined with the automated user and admin e-mails the fault percentage is minimal. It takes some time to completely figure out the possibilities, but it's definitely worth it.
Ticket support from RSFormPro is also fast and willing to think outside the box. Keep up the good work!

This has to be the Rolls-Royce of all forms components.
It's incredibly flexible and powerful yet easy to use.
The support for PHP and JS scripts allows you to do almost anything with these forms. I've been querying the Joomla database and other (external) databases and populating drop-downs happily. Same deal for the captured data - you're limited only by your PHP/MySQL skills ... it's awesome.
To add to that, the support from RS is fantastic. They're developers - like most of us - and are sympathetic and helpful (and quick!).
Try the free version to get a feel ... but honestly - don't waste your valuable time - just go for the Pro ... you won't regret it!

I did not really go into all the features that RS form pro has to offer but was adequate for my needs.

I used the Support Ticket system and Alex (support) not only identified the problem, but amended it also.

I can only say I have had a first class experience with both the RS forms and their technical support, Both Polite and Prompt.
I would obviously Recommend this product and the Support provided.

Although I don't have knowledge about javascript or php the technical support is one of the basic parts as the product itself. They are responding in time with kindness and patience. The result is brilliant! RSform Pro fulfills all the expectations that somebody has with low cost buy and great background. It really rocks!
There are a couple of things about RSJoomla products I've found over time: they are easy to use, do what are advertised, and don't have any of the freaky weird 'glitchiness' that so many other, even commercial, components do.
That being said, if you need forms to do anything than what it does right outside of the box. And in that case, it's helpful to know a little php or javascript.

There are two reasons for wanting to recommend RS Form Pro or any other product from this company. The first is that they work as advertised on the box and are pretty intuitive to use. The second reason and possibly the most important is their excellent customer service. Any issues or questions I've had have been answered quickly and effectively. So top marks from me and thanks for great service!
Used RSForm (free extension) and was so impressed, I purchased the RSForm Pro! version - sooooo versatile! Support was exactly what someone wants when their in a rush and needs solutions quickly. I wanted to make some slight modifications and developers were not only quick to reply, but great at gathering requirements and implementing change requests. The whole process has been great! Would definately use their services again, will most certainly purchase this component again for future clients (it is so versatile) and would highly recommend to others. PS. have had no problems with Joomla 1.6 (I think that this is worth a note). Looking forward to trying out some more of their components.

Whenever we need to use a more complete form than the basic Joomla contact form we go to RsForms, we won't try anything else!

I've struggled with form components in the past. Fed up with the last one I used, I checked out RSForm Pro. While I try to avoid paid components, in this case it is well worth the fee (which isn't huge, by any means). I had a contact form up and running inside 10 minutes with minimal changes required. This is soooo much nicer than the old form component I used that I'm going through and installing it retrospectively on all my previous sites, not just the new ones.

Used it since it's available and won't use anything else. Use interface is wel structured and more features coming with every update. Even a beginner can create a working form like a pro!
I just finished a project for a client and all I can say is I have used all of the Joomla extensions that are specific to developing forms and this one is the best so far. It also allowed me to easily redirect to another Joomla extension which automatically opens a pop-up to extend the process of completing the form by posting to two social networks and recommending the web site, complete with a link back to the form, so another user could perform the same process. I am an experienced developer and this would have taken weeks of work without this wonderful extension which beats all the others by a mile in design, quality, user-friendliness, and flawless performance.

I've used this form component for two years on my websites. It's very intuitive and easy to use even for non-programmers. Styling to suit a template is relatively easy.
The RS team constantly work on updates and new features, so I'm confident to continue using this and other RS extensions into the future.

Had a question about why my form, on load, was appearing to be in a "submitted" state since I was seeing validation messages.
I am not a developer but am technical. So I posed the question to their support system. Recieved a prompt response taking me into the world of css style sheets, classes, etc.
Asked followup questions and they disappeared! No followups after asking additional questions.
Actually found it myself through a fluke and had nothing to do with the worm hole they had me going down. Thanks for wasting several hours I will never get back.
Good news- this is really a nice form extension. Just needs some backup with helping.

Hi was looking for a easy to setup form to create a "appointment" form with about 15 questions and fields. I was looking on different solutions but only RSform Pro was (at least for me) very intuitive to setup and very close to what i had in mind. To be honest, i never looked into the manual :o).
The support is outstanding: My questions submitted via mail where answered within 12 hours.
One slite minus point: The german translation for the backend is a nightmare :-P.
