Can't fault this component at all, easy install with no problems at all, well documented easy to follow instructions and very easy to use.

This is the 2nd RSJoomla component I have purchased (the other being RSTickets) and I must say worth every penny, the RSJoomla components are well built easy to install with fantastic after sales/support, these guys are a credit to the Joomla Community.

I had been looking for an easy to use combined form/quote/payment system without all the hassle of an e-commerce system, this worked perfectly with the free PayPal plugin.

The form was set up quickly and easily, I needed a very slight customization to suit my needs so emailed RSJoomla support detailing what I needed and quickly had a response back with the customization details i needed, I just wish all developers worked the same way as these guys, life would be so much easier!!!

I would never hesitate in purchasing any product from this company, In fact for anything I need in future RSJoomla are going to be the 1st place I will be checking

I keep finding more features. Support is very friendly. This is the first RSJoomla extension I have used and I'm impressed with the flexibility. I'm not a programmer and I had really neat forms going in less then 10 minutes with the examples provided. I did have issues with Joomfish but RSJoomla support helped me resolve. I'm looking forward to integration with other products. I think this is a keeper. Garth

This was the first commercial extension that I have purchased. I was a little sceptical at first, but as soon as I installed it, AMAZING! I am using it for a commercial website that needs payment options integrated into paypal! This program does it all. I made a custom form (easy as 1,2,3) and used the free paypal module that they supply. It all went together with no errors! Since then I have made a number of forms and the thing I especially love is the "manage submissions" tab. Its so easy to manage all your contacts. Thanks Rsjoomla. I will be purchasing all your products in the future!

The customer support is excellent. The extension is very easy to use and easy to customize.

I rarely buy stuff that I don´t have been able to test before paying. However having tried the RSForm Free version first I thought it might work for me with a little help.

What I wanted was a very simple submission form that should handle submissions and automatically mail an invoice with invoicenumber and paymentdetails.

With a little help from the supportteam I got everything to work. The support send entire script for me to copy paste. Very good, I would gladly pay for this companies extensions again if I found one that would suit my needs.

Why? Easy to use, continuous developing, lots of possibilities, great support and well worth the money.

A fantastic extension that is very robust, stable, and extremely capable. Great add-on programming scripts (for calculations, 1-page cart, etc.) from the developer.

Support has always been stellar. Fast and efficient.

I've tried several Forms programs and have settled on this one for the long term.

I'm using the component for 1,5 year now and I like it very much. It's simple in use and you can access an excellent support system if you've got any problems!

I've used several form building components for Joomla and they were good, but RSform Pro makes the task of building simple or complex forms for Joomla much quicker. Not just from a quick-to-load point of view but for the simple ease of use. My clients were able to edit the forms with no training as the interface is very intuitive. The most reassuring feature by far though is the support. Quick, helpful and patient. Excellent work!

I've tried other forms components and I swear by God that this one is the best!
Why it's the best?
1. User-friendly interface (hate complicated extensions where you have to spend 10 days to make it working). It's actually not the "lack of knowledge problem". It's a usability issue.
I don't want to buy a car where the ignition button is on the the floor behind the back seats.
In RSFormsPro (as all the other their components) usability level is incredible! You will figure it out in 10 minutes at most (I promise).
Ajax powered "take and drop" fields feature is sexy!
2. Unlimited functionality of fields. Conditional fields, different field types and even more! They have their unique "Ticket Field" which creates the auto-generated number of the submission! God bless you for that. Also you can create hidden http referrer field and page title grabbing fields, so you can know what page the submission was sent from. It’s good for the commerce! Very-very good, you don’t have to make the customer to enter the name of the product again. Also you won’t have to create 20 forms with unique IDs for the 20 products. Therefore if you change one field, it will be changed in every article! Isn’t it good?
3. Paypal gate! Perfect feature. And it’s also can be modified if the price as complicated and has a lot of additional features.
4. Simple backup and restore function!
5. Brilliant Email customization! Any fields can be replaced in the text with placeholders.
So, you mail will be customized as much as you want for both sides (admin and customer).
6. Layout auto generation (Almost all commonly used templates are already implemented), so if you need the minor customization you just have to turn the auto generated layout off and delete any piece of information you need. By the way, RSForms brings new 3 beautiful templates, so I really appreciate it.
If you need to add css, there’re virtually no limitations in this component!
6. Custom scripting features. This code is open and RSTeam gives a lot of commonly used scripts scenarios which is very easy to install in you forms.
This is the first extension I didn’t have to open the com_... folder to handle almost everything.

I saw a Breezing Forms demo that looked very sharp, so I actually paid for it, but I could never get it to look like the demo. It was also much harder to use than I thought it would be. So I tried RS Forms Pro. Wow! Easy to use, looks absolutely great. I have been using it for three years now, on two websites. My favorite way to display a form is in a table cell in an article. I have some introductory comments, and then the form in a table cell with a border. I found that if I put the form in a table cell, I have better control over where the form displays, and the results are superb! To display within an article requires the "Content" module which is a free addon download. Incredible results, and ultra simple. I even create my own contact forms, signup forms, entry forms, etc. I wanted a little code snippet so that when the user clicked the Submit button, the user would see an approval message. The technical support staff sent me the code the next day, and it worked perfectly. Last year, I had a technical problem, and they worked for several days with me to fix it. I have many years in the computer business, and I am totally impressed with this form, and happy with the support behind it. If you are looking for an easy to use, flexible and attractive form component, then I highly recommend RS Forms Pro!

Great product works very well. The support is very fast (within hours) and helped customizing my form to blend in perfectly in my Joomla website. I also used a function that have the form only appear if users are logged in! and then displaying the user info in some fields such as Name or Email! Very very efficient!

What else can I say?

Have to say it's still the best form component i've come across. The recent updates allow multipage forms which really take things to another level, and the support is always fast and helpful.
