We Purchased the BF Survey and was very pleased with this extension.

Tim was extremely helpful in assisting us with making some changes to the survey such as the SAYG (Save As You Go) update. This proved to be very helpful in assuring accurate results.

I first tested the free version but was rapidly frustrated as the code is encrypted and you can adapt the php.

But I'm more than happy to have bought the Pro version. Excellent component, it does what it promises and as registered user, we also have a very good support from the developer(s)

I'm happy that I purchased and installed the BF Survey Basic on my site! This is awesome extension, because it helped me creating very professional looking surveys in a couple of minutes without any pain.

Also support team is very smart and responsive - they always glad resolving customer's problems and agree adding custom functionality to the BF Survey Basic extension for very competitive price!

So, I recommend purchasing this extension for everybody who need surveys on their sites. Don't look for other extensions, because they are useless comparing to the BF Survey Basic.

I was looking for a standalone Survey/Feedback solution for a client and after trying most of the ones available I decided on BF Survey Pro.
Although it is not designed to be a standalone product with the fantastic support from it's developer Tim I was able to make it just that and now I have a very nicely packaged product AND a very very happy client as a result.

Some drawbacks are that in order to achieve this several hacks needed to be made to core Joomla files, however this was minimal and easy to keep track of should the need arise to upgrade either Joomla or BF Survey Pro component.

The component is very feature rich and easy to use with very few limitations. It's basically everything you could possibly ask for from a survey component including a graphical statistics overview of responses in both admin AND front!!

Highly recommended component and well worth the pennies!!

We are using BF Survey Pro to conduct customer satisfaction surveys in-house. I was so impressed with the easy-to-use interface of this BF Survey Pro that I downloaded the trial version of BF Quiz and that component has proven to be equally impressive. But then I got a clue to the fantastic support when I received, by e-mail, a detailed notice that the software had been updated - with the update attached!

When I ran into problems after I had launched the survey, the developer's response was amazing. Tim found the problem (leading spaces between the response and the radio buttons), fixed the code to accommodate the spaces, fully explained the fix, and rescued my survey.

This is a great extension and the support is a credit to the Joomla community!

We had to decide between this component and surveymonkey (outside of our joomla site). This little component proved to have the flexibility and reliability to allow us to do surveys on our joomla site and not rely on the monkey. Feature-rich, easy-to-use, clear documentation, extemely helpful / responsive developer, timely updates incorporating user feedback, ...it is an awesome survey component!

I was honestly surprised that there were not more survey components. But it does not matter, because this was is more than I could ask for!

Note: I am now using the pro version. I highly recommend it. It is well worth the small fee.
