This extension was built in an effort to help the feedback/support cycle. Now, clients (or anyone for that matter) can browse a site, spot an issue or have a question about a particular page, and submit a feedback form without ever leaving the page. Every feedback form (in addition to the client’s comments) records information about the client, like their browser, operating system, screen resolution, etc. With this information developers & designers can get a better picture of what the client is seeing.

Great module! No problems to install (and Im a novice!) is exactly what is says on the tin, great job! Even works across my virtuemart pages (not many do!)
Would be nice in future to be able to change the colour of the tab, orange is nice and eye catching but clases with my pink colour scheme,.

Simple setup.. fresh look.. works perfectly for me.
In future releases would be nice to have ability to place feedback tab lower in page and change tab/button color, but I have no complaints.. well done.

Love this extension and the fast response! We initially had one problem and John immediately fixed the issue and updated the extension. Very responsive! I was happy to donate his asking $5 for "Buy me a coffee!"
This is great simple and easy to install and setup, Like that I get an email on submission which many of these feedback forms miss.
As a complete Joomla novice (only 4 weeks experience) I'm hesitant about installing extensions but needed a simple feedback facility so I chose this one. Downloaded and installed in moments, added my own instruction text for the users, ran some tests and that was it, "it does what it says on the tin". I did hit one small snag, the label text was in a very pale gray, due I figured to the style sheet I'm using. A quick email to the author, a quick response in return in simple terms even I could understand and the problem was fixed. A great extension and great support.
This contact form extension deserves my 5 star rating! It works smoothly with built-in AJAX submission.
I would like to see another option: only allow logged-in members submit feedback.

I'm glad you like the extension! If you only want logged-in members to submit feedback, make the access level of the module "registered" (the users name & email will also auto-populate in the form).
I don't review many modules, but this is worth the time and effort.
One of the big problems with putting new widgets on your site is the real estate that they take up. This one is very nice, sits to the side, doesn't bother anyone yet makes it easy for someone to see something one a page, click the tab, and submit a comment. Gives the URL the user was on when submitted.

I have found this feedback extension to be the best in its category. It is easy to install, setup and use, even a complete novice should have no problems. I am keeping my eyes on this one during its further development.

Nice extensions i like your team work just one thing i want to know you sometimes when i will using with another javascript extensions then it will be hang please give some hacks for this problem on next version....
Fantastic little tool that I am rolling out to a network of over 40 websites becauase, frankly, it looks good, works well, has no coding errors on PHP5.3+ and is very simple to customise with your own CSS and tony changes to the PHP to change wording, etc. Well done! Will be using this again and again on projects... and thank you for making it free!
This extension is a great tool if you don't need the full functionality of other premium feedback applications. I needed something that will allow my initial users to report bugs immediately, and this does this nicely with no page reload. I only had a few minor problems with it which I don't think are actually shortcomings of the extension itself (just make sure to set a high enough z-index in the module's default.php file so the slider pane always appears as the top most element, and that your pages load mootools). John was responsive and helpful. Thanks!
