Several problems,
1-too simple, you can't change any of the user form details. There is a box for users-website I wish I could get rid of.
2-If you really want to look stupid to the world then use this, the spelling and grammar are so bad that it look like you flunked 2nd Grade.
This is what the public sees when they post a testimonial: "Thank you for the testimonials you provide to us. We will see a testimonial you first before we make the publication to the public"
The php is locked, I can't figure out how to rid myself of the lines......

Like the component for its simplicity, but think it can still be improved by allowing some customization in the admin panel. had to go through the code to make it work as I wanted it to.

Good work dude. The component does exactely what it is supposed to do. To help the first commentator: you can modify the component via the testimonialku.php file.
One question: is there a way to integrate it with Community Builder?

What is the difference between this component and a regular guestbook component?

This testiminial component has ordinary frontend layout, the form lacks spam-protection, there is no module to show items at frontpage. The author did not offer multi-lingual support either.

If this can be a testiminial component, then any guestbook component can claim to be better.

Rated it good because you cannot edit what parameters the user has to fill out. But it does a good job.

This works exactly as it is set up.

However, you cannot modify anything other than a testimonial. One can only add / modify / delete testimonials from the admin side. That's the only configuration available. I don't want the submitter to have to be required to enter a website, or their email for that matter, but I cannot change this on the admin side.

I have contacted the dev twice via email, but have not gotten any response. Therefore, I rate this as Fair and am trying out other testimonial components.

Very simple to install and easy to use.
I translated to portuguese the testimonialku.php file. If you want,I gladly could provide it to you.

i just download and test your compo.. works great.. simple and very clear. Does what it saids.. i translate to Latin American Spanish the file testimonialku.php. I would like to send it to as a way to thank u about your work.. im gonna modify a little bit the template cos i dont want the user to see the date... ;)
