after purchasing this extension i figured out that it doesn't work as it supposed to.
contacted their support and instead of promised on the website 24H turnaround got my answer in 3 days. long story short they provided an updated version that didn't help and gave a different type of error.
provided my feedback and got one more version with new bugs.
summary: spent two weeks and got nothing, requested to credit back the cost of plugin and now they stopped responding.
think twice before purchasing anything from this "company".

As a NFP community organization we were delighted with the fuctionality this component offers. It provides an excellent mechanism for our supporters to suggest campaigns that they feel important to them - significantly improving our supporter engagement. Queries have been handled promptly and efficiently by their support team!
After I got it installed (error on my part) I was trilled, everything I hoped for and more. It was clean and well designed, a perfect fit for my current project. What makes this component so great was the support that I received, all my questions were answered almost instantaneously.
I would like to see them make more templates/themes available, I would even pay for themes as an add-on. Highly recommended component!

This really is a great product (just like Uservoice/Get Satisfaction) and the developers (3 of them) offer terrific support. I've made requests each day to have the product improved, and every day they've responded with an updated bundle. Can't say enough. Well worth the money.
