This is one of the easiest module to use.
The module fits in any space and recipients can be added very quickly. You can add as much recipients as you want.
You can set subject and company message in module parameters.
Version 1.1 has better layout with JQuery sliding effects.
Comments and Feedback are welcome.
Simple, easy to edit the source to make it do what you want. Reviewer below andrecolbert must not understand CSS. I also added a few tweaks in the PHP to make the "sender message" optional in the outgoing email, and a few other things. Thanks to the developer for this free software.
People should be aware that this is a free extension. I personally take it as 'that less code I have to write myself'.
This module is really simple, clearly lacks some functionality e.g. using .ini files for language support and having its files encoded in UTF8 without BOM (at this time it was using ANSI, so I converted the files), but because of this simplicity, it is very easy to extend or customize with a bit of a programming knowledge.
It will not be perfect out of the box, but spending few minutes on changing code in those 2-3 key files this is composed of really pays off.
I am actually thinking of forking this to add some extra functionality.

Unfortunately, the "support" forum has absolutely nothing in it to help resolve this issue (or any other issue for that matter!). Basically, with many Joomla 1.5 templates, there is very little width in your left and right module positions. This module overflows into your main article area making it unusable in two of the most relevant module positions.
