It's integrated with http://invitemaster.ru online service, so you do not need place any html code into post or php templates, simply adjust tell-a-friend button parameters in plugin.
Plugin is available only in Russian!
On content pages, it automatically adds a very nice looking graphic tab to the edge of the browser, which pops up a lightbox containing a "reccomend a friend" form with 5 email addresses and captcha. It is really quite nice.
