Muy buena extensión, funciona muy bien.
Deben retocarse algunas cosas y cambiar el archivo de lenguaje, pero es solo un poco de tiempo.

Creo que la otra opción es ParaInvite, que tiene el PHP encriptado y es bastante cara.
I like this component, allows me to get emails from most of the mail providers, but doesn't seem to work for the most important to me-facebook. I go to facebook, I login and confirm those are the details, but when I try it says: Login failed. Please check the email and password and try again later (unless am doing something wrong)
Generally nice component, but lack of facebook support is a great blow to me
I like it, with one problem that someone reported on their forum over 2 months ago. When using the openinviter, it will pull all of the contacts from the given service and then the user selects the ones he wants to share the site with. The problem is that JoomInvite imports ALL of the contacts, whether chosen or not to use with its mass mail and follow up feature. This is no good and will make the table holding these users grow in size rather quickly (just think if someone has 50,000 myspace friends and they want to tell 20 of those friends about your site, all 50,000 will be imported into the database) Please developer, remove that or make it an option and you'll have a great component...

this component has a great potential for viral inviting system... but lacks features and noticable bugs...

1.when you make a custom invite with html tags, it will show semi-distorted on the frontend display and on the email... even do i changed editors.

2.not parsing links. its useless when you send an email whereas the invited person just see a letter and no links cannot be click. he will just copy paste it manually.

3.community component integration (community builder, jomsocial, joomunity) is a must specially on jomsocial (there are no viral inviter created for jomsocial yet)

currenly uninstalled this and just use the plain old openinviter...

will update as soon as the new version comes!

You have to create a menu item linked to the component and publish it.

I was very excited about this component as it looked great. Downloaded it, tested it on my staging server, spent an hour and a half styling it for my site, uploaded everything to my live server. Then I thought I'd go ahead and give it a live run. Oh wait, the facebook invite doesn't work, nor does the LinkedIn invite. Hotmail does (what I originally tested). Twitter doesn't. Now I have to unpublish it because I have no idea what works and what doesn't. Great potential but implementation isn't there. I'll have to keep searching for a better solution.

This is great. Very useful add on for my website. Initially I had some problems getting it to work so I went to the support forums and within a short period of time a solution was produced that worked for me. Am very happy with this as it is just what I needed!

Works as stated. Easy to install, setup in less than 2 minutes.

Just a few suggestions:

1) Instead of a select box, why not just click the LOGO of the service?

2) Select multiple service so user will write a customized message just once.

Other than that, everything works well. This is a MUST for all websites. Good job!
