1. Many flexible options so administrator can choose any fields to display on the form. Administrator also have options to make any fields as required fields or not. Fields to be displayed on the form include:
+ Individual information: First Name, Last Name, Middle Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Country, Phone, Fax, Cell Phone.
+ Business information: Company Name, Job Title, Business Phone, Business Fax, Business Address, Business City, Business State, Business Zip, Business Country.
+ Extra information: Notes, Date fields (date type), Extra fields.
2. Administrator also have option to choose any Benchmark Email list(s) to add visitors/users to that lists(s).
3. Form is displayed at front end side and you can customize layout easily via CSS. The form can be loaded into any joomla article.
