I've been toying around with this component for a couple of days, it looks very nice, works well, and it has a ton of features when it comes to design, a lot more than I've seen elsewhere.
The throttling works well, and most of my needs are filled even with the freeware version, again a lot better than I've seen elsewhere.

I tried many different mailing extensions and this one is the only one I got up and running within the hour. I had some minor problems (caused by some problems with my template) but the Acy team helped my immediately by identifying the problem and showed me a simple solution. An excellent extension with a super team behind it!
I use both free and enterprise versions for a while now. Very good SW, very good support, speedy development, smiling faces, works get done with excellent quality. Of course there is room for improvement, but the developers listen to customer demands and reflect them into the software in a matter of months.

I started to use AcyMailing after tried others similar plugins and this one is really perfect. The free version already has all the features I need and much others I intend to give it a try soon. The installation and setup is easy and the control you have over the messages is awesome. I can summarize it in a word: PERFECT!

I have installed the component recently and I can say that it is exactly what I needed. You can create lists with users and you can send newsletters to one or many lists. Adding of the users is not as simple as possible, but you can get it for 20 min. One proposal - if component allows to be included an unsubscribe link in the newsletter mail will be good feature for the admins and users. Thank you for the great component.

You can easily include an unsubscribe link in your Newsletter.
Please click on the button "tags" when you edit your Newsletter and you will access a series of tags such as the unsubscribe link, the "modify your subscription" link and the possibility to insert many other information (Joomla articles, twitter/facebook/linkedin share icons, user's name...)
Acymailing is a great component. It's easy to use, powerful, and the support is good.

We started with Acymailing Starter, found we could manage subscribers and get out a Newsletter on a fully personalised template within days, thanks to extensive and clear documentation. Had a couple of issues with modifying css & html on our template and lodged a forum topic. A useful and meaningful response in less than 24hrs, with a full fix in 48hrs. Best support I have found for any extension.

I used this mailing list for years. However, with Joomla 1.6 it does not work. I downloaded and installed the latest version and when you click on the subscribe module on the front end you just get a "An error occurred" message. :(

Many people are using AcyMailing with Joomla 1.6 and we are not aware of this issue...
Please ask for some help on our forum or contact us, we will be happy to fix this bug if there is one.
I've used acajoom for years and I switched to acymailing a while ago and I'll never look back. It doesn't have the weird bugs I experienced with acajoom, the template experience is way friendlier, everything flows better and overall it just feels like a more solid component. There's a reason why this component has such a high rating!
