it's not a secret that everybody need some solution for newsletters. If you have some customers database and you need to manage your mailing list most effective way , no doubts, this is exactly what you need! I spent alot of time to find some simple and powerful solution for my needs. This is it! I really like csv import function.

I have used this excelent component for years (great job on improving the component through years), but recently had some problems because of hosting restrictions. With the quick response and help from their friendly support personel, we were able to solve the problem extremely quickly! Absolutely recommend!
The instalation and set up of this extension is so easy, and the results are trully pro. But what I think is best is their support team. I had some trouble due to the way our hosting works with batchs of outcoming emails and just took me to open a support ticket to get a fast, accurate and even friendly response; not only they gave me advice, they even solved the problem themselves in a matter of hours.
I had a little problem with meanings of the german translation - but the support of chillcreations work sometimes like a chat. exiting.
This is a great component/module for newsletter management. Works out of the box.
I use this on all my websites and so far I have no problems using it.
A must have component/module for your joomla websites.

This truly is a plug an play extension. Easy to use, with just that amount of flexibility most users will need.
I noticed a minor error (the admin side had a little problem accepting e-mail addresses langer than 35 characters) and I was contacted via Twitter by the support team, who fixed this in a jiffy. Great support job!

We've used CCNewsletter for a while now. We actually switched to another component, but that was short-lived. We came back to CCNews as we found it to be more reliable... plus the user synchronization with newsletter subscribers saves a lot of administrative time. Thanks for a great tool!
