TinyButStrong Plugin

This plug-in enables you to build dynamic pages under Joomla using the TinyButStrong Template Engine.

Unlike Smarty and other engines, TinyButStrong allows templates made using visual authoring tools. This makes it the ideal tool to make few dynamic pages, or even complete PHP applications implemented within a CMS.

By default, the plugin has a strong level of security. But you can setup several options to make it appropriate to your Joomla site.

I had another form uploading image and description to site but displaying it from mysql table was bugging me from longtime.

TBS got it done with just a single line. It even correctly handled display of image once I understood how to add 'img' tag to image filename.

It has full power for advanced database users. Thanks much, TBS

I was long searching for an extension like this. Providing structured output from non Joomla-Tables is easy with this plugin. Really a nice job and very valuable.

If Occam's razor is applied to the practice of software evaluation, this product would come out on top. That is, it's very very powerful yet very very simple and easy to use. I'm a 25 year IT veteran mainframe database guy and I have an appreciation for software that installs without a hassle, works as documented and is elegant in architecture. With TBS, I was able to design and build a completely functional prototype for a non-profit customer in hours when I was expecting it to take weeks. I don't see many people who have checked this product out but I can tell you if you are considering displaying data from a database or XML source in Joomla articles, TBS is just amazing.

If you have 30 minutes, try this product using the examples on the web site. You'll be impressed. Can't speak to technical support of the product because it just worked out of the box. After 25 years in IT, it takes a lot to get me giddy but all I can say is "well done sir, well done!".
