You can edit, upload, delete, zip, unzip and download files directly from your Joomla Administrators panel.

After testing JoomlaXplorer, eXtplorer and NinjaXplorer ... I prefer the latter, the others I've tried have given me problems in some places and has always worked well NinjaXplorer.

I have just installed it and it really works out of the box. I used extplorer and I was satisfied with it, until I encountered a problem which forced me to use another one, and I found this!
It solved my problems and works really great.

Hi everybody this is the best File Explorer for Joomla I have come across. In fact it is better than eXtplorer.
Thank you to the developers for creating such a lovely extension. It installed flawlessly and worked like a charm. I have used Joomla for just over a year and this extension has proved invaluable. It is very great to be part of such a conscientious community of skilled developers, that has, in this case, continued the work of the legacy app, JoomlaXplorer. Thank you again
As it sits, for a super admin this is a great program. I would very much so like to see it expounded upon.
I feel it would be nice to have (only admins still) a limited function version that a less then super admin user could access, while limiting them to certain functions and areas.
FTP support/access would be nice, "file" access works well, until you need to edit a file that's 644, rename a fold that's 755. Plus all the security risks in changing said files to a level editable via "file" access. Though FTP only sates many current security issues, it's still more secure. Prove me wrong if I am though.
Custom Configuration. I'd like to be able to customise the specific allowances, starting points, and permission levels.
Either way I am still truly pleased with the program, and am using it.

I've been using joomlaxplorer for years, and since there has been no recent updates since 2008, it became very buggy. I LOVE what ninjaxplorer has done, and it functions EXACTLY how the original joomlaxplorer was supposed to. THANK YOU so much for developing this component. I highly recommend it!
Since any extension I have tried from ninja always worked well I thought I would try this file management extension first. This extension has given me no reason just like all ninja extensions to try anything else. This extension installs and is 100% ready in 5 seconds. Permissions work great, file uploads, downloads and zip works great. Very user friendly. Thanks ninja group as always you rock.
I have tried a few other file managers, and I rate this one as the best. I like it mostly because you can see and change file and folder permissions. I include this in my short list of must haves when creating a new site.
This was working and is working for me without a problem..but these a bug which i recently came to know..suppose your are extracting an zip archive and there is another zip archive inside the archive it will simply skip the File extract all file but the zip goes missing
