In the downloads area you will also find Actionscript 3 classes designed to communicate easily with your Joomla site.
It is the goal to release a 1.0 version that feeds all core Joomla components as XML, and corresponding Actiosncript 3 classes to offer full Joomla -> Flash compability.
This is still a 0.0x beta release.

I've installed and tested the 0.3 beta version.
As the author underlines, it is a very beta release and it is just for testing purposes, so I guess there is no meaning in posting here what works and what does not.
Nevertheless I rate this extension with an "excellent" since it is exactly what I've been looking for, and I think this author is on the right way to develop one of the most popular extension ever, expecially if next releases will take in consideration: 1) SEO aspects 2) the need of having a flash that reads different xml files (different pages) without having to refresh the whole page.
To do that, I guess that the author will have to work on component, flash classes and a new "ad hoc" template at the same time.

Thank you so much. I can't wait to release the 1.0 version. Just to answer your questions:
1) SEO aspects: The release works with SEO enabled. Check out www.youcanjoomla.com. It has SEO enabled, but I'm still able to use the Flash classes anyway.
2) Flash reading different XML files: This is also possible. You can use the FlashFeed actiosncript 3 classes as much as you'd like. Just create a new instance and load some XML. You can do as many times as you'd like.
