Configurable height,width, div styles and message.
Any comments to make this simple extension more useful are welcome.

Thanks for sharing your work. This is a nice easy way to present a no script notice.
I think it would be better to have a user definable URL within the module parameters for the information link. IMHO this would be an improvident over the simple yes, no or file editing choices. If this was included it would be 5 stars from me.
Other than that it's a nice little addition.
