JavaScript Control Plugin

JavaScript Control Plugin enables you to control (enable or disable) the JavaScripts in your site's front-end (mootools.js and caption.js) to enhance your site's loading speeds.

note that when the admin choose to disable mootools.js, this will only work for the (com_content) pages, which include the front page, and the blog-type pages. if there is another page which have an extension that require mootools to work, then mootools.js will be included in that page.

in the demo page, if you (view page source) from the browser, you will notice that there is no mootools.js in the header, this was accomplished by using this plugin

The plugin reduces band width almost to half especially if you have mootools-more.js on the site.
But what if you want to disable mootools in one page while it is enabled in some other pages. As far as I see the plugin does not help this.

It was good for me just before going to update from 1.6.1 to 1.6.3 Joomla. My admin page was hidden with a html display none. So, I unpublished it.

Does what it says. Dead simple to install and use.

I wish it could detect and control ALL the scripts used in a joomla website - not just Mootool.js and caption.js
