I have been using this extension for about 3 years and have only ever had very minor problems with it (due to template design, not this component) haven't had any problems with it.

It is easy to configure, has great built-in formatting options, and fast & friendly support. One of the top extensions for Joomla available.

Happy to pay for it - not expensive at all and customers love the interactivity of the accordian structure.

I used this component for a list of service providers. It was easy to configure, works beautifully, and the support was first class. I needed help with the css, and got very prompt and very helpful responses to my queries.

For years I have been looking for a worthwhile FAQ. Now it has come and long may it last.
I feel I could build most of my websites around this component. Thanks.

I had a little css trouble with the Neptune template because apparently it inherits from the template which I wished there was an option in the component to easily make it so it DIDNT inherit from the template and instead used default css files.

Oh well.. out of the box it worked ok but because of the css issues it looked ugly.

Douglas was kind enough to help step me through how to fix the css files for my particular template so it worked great.

Bottom line not an install it and forget it component, it may take some editing css files but ultimately Douglas helped me fix the issue.

And now it works great which is why I give it the excellent rating. Good component!

We are using it in our production website. I found it to be easy to configure and install. The support was wonderful and i was able to easily customize as per my need.worth it.

I have used both the Enhanced Contacts and MooFaq Components and both are outstanding and the support unparalleled! Installation is always straight forward and rock solid. I had an issue due to some features of the Gantry Library and a Rockettheme template. Sent a port email request and had the answer is minutes.

The developer is responsive, courteous, and insures a resolution to the issue in the rare event there is one.

MooFAQ is the only choice when we need to offer a great and easy way to show FAQs. I recommend.

Money well spent! The component is very easy to use, choose the right version for your Joomla and there'll be no conflicts. I recommend that people read carefully or ask instead of rating and commenting because it didn't fulfill their needs. I like the fact that I can use it for more than FAQ. Supports media files and in my case SIGPro and it's very light. I even checked it on handheld devices, loads fine. The developer answers on time, the forum is full of useful tips. Take it from a joomla novice, I will be using it for some time. Thank you to the developers

I have tried other products before coming here, and I am very pleased at how this extension works nicely with other mootools and in different browsers.

Once I purchased it, I got my files right away.

I had some issues with mootools upgrade plugin version 1.2.4 not working properly with IE9, and it was effecting my mooFAQ section, so I reached out for support, and got almost instantaneous response, which really surprised me.

Overall, I love this extension. Great Job! Keep up with the great stuff!

Component is Fantastic, once you are given the correct version, but at the outset you are not and that is when you are given problems with downloads as you can read from other reviews.

I bought this after seeing the demo which looked perfect for one of my client websites so like everyone else, I looked and reviewed the service, read the reviews and then decided, yes this is it! :-)

The downside was downloading the latest version which said it was 1.7 but it was not, in fact it was 1.5.5 - I was fuming at this stage as I do not like buying components etc that are not what they are supposed to be, and I don't have time to register on forums for support when it should of worked in the first place.

It's like buying a Ferrari F355 and then when its delivered you have a Ford Focus with two doors and no wheels.

I registered on the forums and the developer got in contact after 24 hours, he also gave me a refund which is why the review is more positive than negative.

Emails back and forth over a day eventually got things MOO'ving and we are now at the point of no return with everything working perfectly - special thanks to Douglas for the support.

Works great "out of the box". No support was required and I especially like that the default Joomla FAQ content is used. Saves a lot of head scratching work.

I started with installing version 1.5.5 under Joomla 1.7, did not work. So since version 1.6 was also mailed, I tried that. It did work, but missed the admin menu somehow. So I mailed for support and sure enough, within an hour or two it was solved. Good extention, great support!

High-quality components to display the FAQ. Easy to configure and install. Support is excellent. I recommend it!

I love this extension. I had a little bit of problem with installation, and Douglas fixed it right away, and when I say right away, I got a reply within minutes of my ticket! Great work!

A very nice FAQ extension for Joomla, and fabulous support.

At first I has a few issues with the extension as there were some compatability problem with the Gantry based template that I was using. But support was lightning fast and very helpful. Because of this excellent support, I soon got any glitches ironed out and now find that the MooFAQ extenstion works really well and looks really good on my site.

This is a fabulous component and well worth the money. It looks slick and the support is second to none. Thanks so much

We have been running MooFAQ for just under a week on our development site. This is a slick product and I can't imagine a more elegant solution. I had a small formatting annoyance (template related, not product related) and after submitting an inquiry I quickly got a very concise fix which was a one line addition to a CSS file.
