Easy to use! You can Use your already typed content items. MooFAQ will use Joomla default content items. This feature enable you to set it up in less the 3 minutes;
So you will have a full featured FAQ with all WYSIWYG Editors features, such as:
* Add images;
* Edit the HTML code;
* Use your template CSS;
* Text formating options: alignment, indentation, bullets list, etc
* Font formatting: type, size, color, style, bold, italic, etc
* Add links and anchors;
* Add MooFAQ to any content item, using the plugin;
* HTML Templates; (NEW)
* And much more...
And you will have all Joomla! content option, such as:
* Publishing: Start and Finish Publishing, Ordering, Author Alias, Access Level;
* Using mosimage and mospagebreak if needed;
* All content plugins (mambots) can be applied to the faq item;
* Compatible with Joom!Fish [1];

A very nice FAQ extension for Joomla, and fabulous support.
At first I has a few issues with the extension as there were some compatability problem with the Gantry based template that I was using. But support was lightning fast and very helpful. Because of this excellent support, I soon got any glitches ironed out and now find that the MooFAQ extenstion works really well and looks really good on my site.
We have been running MooFAQ for just under a week on our development site. This is a slick product and I can't imagine a more elegant solution. I had a small formatting annoyance (template related, not product related) and after submitting an inquiry I quickly got a very concise fix which was a one line addition to a CSS file.

slick, nice and highly customizable... working out of the bpx and great customer service.
Very easy to setup FAQ, nice format and several options available to match in with the website colours and format. Small issue when setup initially but the support was so fantastic, emails answered immediately and the problem sorted quickly. Well worth it.
This component & plugin keeps his promise. I appreciate the MooFAQ button for the editor, it makes life way easier when it comes to integrate a FAQ into a page.
Suggested feature: it'd be good that the plugin code includes FAQs ordering.
Also, the developer, Douglas, is quite responsive and gives a quality support in a glance.

very cool faq exrtension. Actually the best I have ever seen. The support of Douglas is very nice. You will love this.
The extension is simple and works without problems. In the same time it has many configuration options. However there are two things i have to point out.
Firstly, i had to pay for the extension - registration isn't enough. I couldn't find the link to download it for free on the authors website. Or maybe it is my fault, i didnt search deep enough. One way or another the extension is worth paying this small amount of money.
Secondly the idea of using title box as "question" box is a bit faulty because originally it has limited letters count. But again - it was quickly solved by the ultra-helpful author's advice.
In general in spite of those minor flaws mentioned MooFaq is worth using. It does what it should and does it without problems.

I've tried a variety of FAQ modules and extensions but found this one fairly easy to use and especially like that it pulls the content directly from articles. For me, its extremely easy for the designer and the client to add, remove and modify the FAQs on the website.
I simply cannot imagine an easier way to have a FAQs based section than using MooFAQs. Thanks!

I have used this extension in 4 differents website and each time i find a new use for it: Faq but also articles presentation.

I use this component to improve user experience when browsing pages, it's a great tool to present article and faq. Style is easy with css. I highly recommend to use it.
The support is incredible, you get a qualified response within hour and the forum is a great source of info. You can have help when you need extra features to fit to your need, that's great!
So if you need an extension with a professionnal support, don't hesitate, it's in the top 5 of support I know.

I have been using this component for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. It is very easy to understand and configure, which makes us newbies to Joomla very happy.
Best of all, support is outstanding. Again, being a newbie, I am going to have questions and some possible tweaks. I always had my question answered or a solution developed the same day.
