MooFAQ is a great way to display articles. Its Not Just For FAQ's

I use MooFAQ for all the article management on my site. I feel it offers the visitors a much better experience and encourages them to look at articles they probably would not have looked at.

If look of the demo is not to your liking its not a problem MooFAQ is easily customisable with CSS, can be made to look completely different. It can be used multiple times on the same site, all with different looks/style sheets (should you wish). These are easily selected from a drop down listing all the styles you created plus it comes with quite a few demo styles you can use, copy or modify.

The support is 1st class, don't just take the word of all the excellent reviews here, take a look at there forum to see for yourself the high level of after sales support. If my experience is any thing to go by I feel all the credits here are well earned and deserved.

I purchased mooFAQ of the back of 'Contact Enhanced' I had an FAQ on my site and was very happy with it, not looking to replace it but after being so impressed by Contact Enhanced, it's support, its custom forms and captcha (to stop the spam bots filling in the form(s)) I tried MooFAQ just out of curiosity. Pleased I did. Another extension to help give my site a professional look and feel. Embarrassed with myself I was happy with what I had.

Don't wast any more of your life looking further for an FAQ extension.

Perfect - This extension works very well with Joomla. Being able to create your content in a category and display with accordion slides to reveal the information is a great way to show FAQs without having to code each and every title, and content item. Huge time saver if you are looking for this functionality.

Lastly, I can't say enough about the support. I had a conflict issue initially and response was quick and very good. Nothing compares to great support.

It was difficult to find a FAQ-component which could handle the very long questions of my FAQ (and the huge answers).
With MooFAQ and the readmore feature I could solve this problem. Each pair of question and answer is a normal Joomla-content with no further restrictions. The users are happy to work in a well-known environment.
Styling of the displayed output is no problem, because there are a lot of classes one can use for formatting.
Last but not least: the support is great. The problems were solved very fast.

I have used MooFAQ for the last few years. I recently saw that there was a new version and believed that I still had an active subscription. I sent the developer an email explaining the circumstances. He kindly and rightly let me know that my subscription was not active, however he sent me the latest version of the component. I have since updated my subscription and plan on keeping it active. It is that type of support that actually persuaded me to buy his Contact Enhanced component a few days ago.

MooFAQ has always just worked. It allows a developer to easily create a FAQ section for your website or a series of FAQs, if needed. My customers are always satisfied when they see the FAQ in action. It is a component that makes my job easier.

The support provided by the component developer is phenomenal. He routinely goes above and beyond the service and advice you get from others.

This is quiet a good extension. But one thing I noticed when I displayed section/category blog, there is a typo in the code. It says . It didn't really affect the page for now but it would be nice if the developers can show us which page to edit in order to fix it.

I thought I had wasted my money as I could not get it to work but I was lucky enough to read the review by cyates about turning off the "Build Titles Span" option for RocketTheme's Gantry-based template which worked for me as well. Thanks for that as it was not something that I would ever have considered.

This component and plugin did an effective job of displaying FAQ's. I particularly liked that the FAQ's were stored in Joomla's standard article format which makes it easier to use other extensions to access the FAQ's.
I was able to get this working very nicely with RocketTheme's Gantry-based Panacea template as long as the "Build Titles Span" option is turned off for the particular menu items making use of MooFAQ.
Douglas' service is also first rate; he clearly makes providing support a high priority. This makes it very likely that you will have a good experience making this component work for you.

This component is great, it does exactly what is says, and it look/works great! But the real investment is with the support I have found. The developer answers any questions very quickly and I found this made the component experience complete. Whats the use of a component is you don't know how to use it, (thats where the developer comes in!). The component is fairly simple to use, and reading the documentation will help, Thanks.

Very simple to use extension with great support for little money.

This is an excellent component for someone wishing to add a FAQ section to their website. The support (Douglas) is quite simply FANTASTIC. Douglas replies promptly and always gave clear and easy to follow instructions. Very well worth the 15$ !!

Note that you can use the accordeon effect not only for FAQs, but for any content - a great way of getting the most out of your page real-estate.
As to the service, Douglas helped me to customize two of his modules to fit my style and layout, for instance. You don't find that kind of support often - especially considering the very reasonable price...

MooFAQ is a great component which works perfectly, if other paid components would work like this (it is really not the case) it would be heaven. I'd problems downloading the update, I sent a mail and only 5 minutes later I received my answer, really a big thank you. I put 5 stars

I needed an FAQ-like component where content items are segmented by categories and only one category open at a time. This did the trick and at a very reasonable price.

Easy to install. Lots of parameters for customizing. Think outside the box -- this component works for any type of content (like a list of services by category), not just FAQs.

I bought the component four months ago and today the developer sent me a notice of a free upgrade. With the new version, "publishers" can edit items from the front-end, so I wanted to upgrade. No uninstalling -- just install the new version and the upgrade seamlessly is complete.
