This is a simple and effective extension that does exactly what it says. I like the fact that the email addresses can be hidden in the parms, and for a user to send a message to that person they must login first.
I would suggest that a choice to filter fields would be a great addition, plus a search by field also - ie. country, city etc - not just name.
