mod_annweblinks Module

this is the extension which is used to display web-links sections as announcement ,that is vertical scroll the title,the link and the intro text is displayed ,it comes from down stand for some seconds and moves up,this can be added in web link module also , please change the location to weblink modules

good idea but weblinks has problem in the marque box,to fix it change the code in line 68.thank you
