Ideal donate module Module

This module is a donate module for the dutch Ideal system. It works with a Internetkassa ideal subscription of the following banks : Ogone Rabobank Fortis (works with Neos or wedeal) ING ABN amro It lets a customer type a donation amount, select its bank and start the donations process at their own bank.
