allMemberRecord is a Joomla version of a paper based membership tracking system, ideally suited to replacing sport or other club memberships. It lets you collect or create user accounts for interested people, accept payments or fees from members automatically, track if members are financial and lastly, remind you and the members if their subscription is ending.

Installation: Easy – 1 Component 1 Module
Documentation: PDF – Well written and detailed
Support: Quick - Response within 6 hours – Email and Forum
Configuration: Pretty straight forward – follow documentation (RTFM)
Pros:
Easy to setup
Supports multiple membership plans
Login Module
Automatic membership expiry

Cons:
No Paypal Sandbox Option (Not a huge issue but one none the less)
Only supports Paypal (Not a problem for me but may be for others)
No option to change notification email options (days before expire, email format)
Does not block user login on expire (By design, unfortunately a feature I need)
No easy way to edit the New Account form and/or
No integration with existing New Membership form. In all honesty, not sure HOW you could do this.

Final Words:
If you are looking for a more advanced membership management system with account integration, you will need to look elsewhere.
AllMembersRecord does what it claims with relative ease, which is good.
Even though it does not meet MY needs, it is still a well designed app with good support and documentation.
