This is an extremely comprehensive user management solution. For the price (which is very reasonable), you get both the product and the support. The product is quite complicated and has its own manual though once you use it for awhile you get accustomed to it as all large component extensions.

While setting it up for a client, I ran into some issues regarding restricting content and menu items to members. I emailed the support and Helix and his team fixed it right away - even though the problem was not associated with the product but just the way I setup the default restrictions in the core Joomla content component.

Several times I emailed him and each time I received a response within a few hours if not within a day. I'm very supportive of paying for quality components that have quality support and this is definitely one of those shining examples.

Just wanted to thank the team at OSE, they have created a number of great products (I use Membership and Security Suite), their work is top notch and the support is even better! Outstanding work, thank you.

When buying extensions I generally look at 4 things; quality, design, documentation and support.

I've now tried 2 other products but this one put a smile on my face and made me happy since it qualifies all my general criteria - 5 stars from me on all 4 from me!

I've used this extension since version 4.4.x and it keeps getting better.

I was amazed by the quality of component and good functionality. But the support is just great. Within the day i got answers for many my questions.

When i asked them about new payment processor for Ukrainian (Liqpay) they agreed to create this new functionality. Not very often you can see that developers react on your requests.

Great job, guys! The component is not cheap, but it definitely worth it!

OSE Membership works exactly as it should and it has some great add-ons to make it more functional. Their customer service/support is particularly stellar. I had a problem that was more related to another component, but they were able to guide me to a fix. I highly recommend this product and this company.

The plugin works cleanly with PayPal, and has a very nice interface both on the back-end and front-end for end-users. It is very slick, professional, and works seamlessly.

My only complaint was some manual tweaking needs to be done for certain lines of displayed text. But, that is tedious, not difficult.

What impressed me the most was how well as a component it worked, and its interfacing with PayPal. Those are, of course, crucial to any subscription-based website.

What was stellar, though, was the support. I had some conflicts with other plugins, but after submitting a ticket their tech support responded very promptly and figured out a solution. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond in their trouble-shooting.

The technical support was great and the documentation is very good with tons of images along with explanation. At one point though, I was so frustrated that I couldn't make things work the way I envisioned so I contacted tech support. Helix got back to me very quickly and helped me work through my stumbling blocks -- which were only my errors in how I had set some of the configuration. He showed me what I needed to do and now it works like a charm! So thank you Helix for an outstanding extension and outstanding customer support!

I needed to make another database synchronize with the OSE membership.
He answered my technical questions with additional hints for everytime I asked.
I owe him much gratitude.

Compared to another paid membership extension which I once introduced to my site,
this extension is easier to introduce and its bug fix is held more rapidly.

Though I'm satisfied with the quality and the support of this extension now,
if I try hard to find a drawback about this extension for you,
it would be the lack of the information about how to develop a cusom addon.

I'm afraid it may be only for my case,
but he and the wiki documentation about it's API tells me to write my code directly into the source,
which will require me to maintain my code when the source will be updated by the developer.
This extension would be better if it was, and if so, I might not bother him again and again.

If you have a pre-sales question, the support will answer soon,
and you'll be also satisfied with his answer.

One day, I had a dream about creating special content for members and selling them. I started to think how I could do this. When I was searching Joomla Extensions, I realized that this component had exactly what I needed. Hiding the menus and content for non subscribers, receiving the payment etc.

OK, half part of my dream was realized. But still there was a question of how to implement the payment solution of my local bank. They obtained great support for this issue as well.

I feel very powerful with the presence of this support team. They are working like they are a part of my team, discussing the issues and coming up with new questions to elaborate the issue.

They are very fast. All of my tickets were answered within hours. All my issues were solved, they have even added some more customization to the core with my recommendation.

Hi to all. I must say that this is my first review in Joomla JED.

I am working on membership site and i buy two components for membership. First component was also good but probably for some professional coder, for me it was to complicated and my dead line for finishing my site was closing.
So i decide in this posts in Joomla JED that OSEmsc would be right component for me and my experience. O boy i am so glad to take this decision and buy this component now my site is almost ready for publishing.

Special thanks to their support team and Mr. Helix they are great and they will always help you resolve the problem. For shore i will buy some other software from them.

These are unbelievable people. I have purchased several Joomla extensions, but none of them were this perfect according to their quality and support.

I have submitted more than ten tickets regarding my doubts & all. Every time, support is instantaneous and to the point and whenever I am not able to fix it, using my Cpanel id and password, they themselves had cleared every bug I had.

I requested a CCAVENUE payment gateway integration and promised them to give a test account which I was not able to provide in time. I was really worried whether they will take up and get engaged in some other work. But Shawn told me not to worry and they will be there for me, anytime.

And the Real Cool part is that, yesterday they integrated CCAvenue and fixed some other bugs I had by logging into my account, even though I am not able to provide them the CCAvenue test account till now.

I have no words to express about their cooperation and support. I would like to give 100stars or more regarding the product and their most excellent superb support.

I just purchased this extension 2 days ago and have been working with it almost non-stop in order to set up a membership subscription for a service I am providing.

This extension is absolutely fantastic relative to its flexibility and capabilities. The Wiki documentation covers 95% of what you need to know to install and configure this extension and I highly recommend that you read through it at least once before jumping in. The product is not overly complicated but it does take a little time to understand it and avoid spinning your wheels

The support team on this product is also one of the best that I've encountered. I've submitted 3 tickets - 2 ended up being my misunderstanding of the configuration options and 1 turned out to be a bug. In all cases I got a meaningful and accurate response to my ticket within 1/2 hour of submitting it. Now, I wouldn't expect this rapid a response all the time and would be happy with a 12 to 24 hour turn-around but if this team can keep this pace going they are truly gifted.

If you need a robust and solid membership management and registration extension for Joomla you can't go wrong with OSE Membership - it's worth every penny!

I came over to OSE Membership after using AEC for nearly 3 years.

The worst thing I can say about this software is that it is chock-full of settings and ways to customize it. So many features. And yet, it took me just a few minutes to set up and get working with a subscription plan.

When I got further into it and ran into problems, their customer service went above and beyond. Fixing things for me within minutes of my submitting a ticket.

Excellent software that works well. Full and detailed documentation. 5-star customer service. There is only great things I can say about OSE Membership.

Some may say it is expensive. I say it is worth every penny and more--especially given that the price includes a full year of customer service and support.

You really can not go wrong buying this software.

I've asked Helix to help with setup challenges and site snaffoos a dozen times now. He has pulled through every time and with a smile.

Compared to Amember, I've found the tech support to be 1000% better - sooooo important with complex extensions like membership software!

I didn't find any extension which supports to JDownloads which has lot of options to download management BTW OSE mentioned JDownloads only in third party addons but didnt find any documentation to connect OSE and JD, other side i got documentation for Phoca Download and others.

We've been using OSE MSC since v4. During our recent upgrade to v5, OSE provided fast and free support helping us sort out our configuration errors and even doing quick bug fixes on their code. Whenever they fix something, they explain what they did, so that we can do it right next time.

Based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use more OSE products.

In my opinion The most important Benefit about OSE Membership is very good support.
the software have all the controls you need for a membership site. also the compatibility to other famous extensions is the most important part of it.
