Add a tag in any article content, {nicegooglebtn:item name|price|item description|quantity} e.g {nicegooglebtn:Joomla Coffee Mug|12.50|10 oz. coffee mug printed with the Joomla logo|1}, and the Nice Google Button plugin will replace the tag with a Buy Now button.
*Please note that Google currently only offers Google Checkout service to U.S. and U.K. merchants.

I love all of the extensions in the "Nice" lineup. They all get the job done quickly, with extremely minimal fuss. What's even more amazing, is that they can be made to do more with just a few extra tags in the plugin text. So... if I just need to create a quick button to sell a product, it takes literally a few seconds. If I need that button to also calculate shipping, charge tax and add other product options, the plugin has that ability too. The documentation is excellent, and the support is friendly and helpful. If you need to quickly build a simple e-commerce, this is the plugin to go with.
Maybe nobody is using Google Checkout.

Thanks for this. I've been using PayPal buttons to allow folks to register and pay for events, but I hate them. I've recently landed more deeply into the pockets of Google Apps with work and groups I belong to, so switching to Google Checkout on this website is sweet! Now I have a couple more to switch over, too.
I'm not a novice Joomla user... but I am far from an expert.
