Now with Themes - So you can change the look and feel to suit your site. FULLY 1.5 AND 1.6 native. Load of bug fixes in this latest release.
And of course, still the easiest way to add shopping to your site.
Introduces products in multiple categories. i.e. one product will be found in many different categories (Reduces duplicating of products) and being fully upgradeable from the previous version.

Grab your copy now, and try it out. Couple of things to note, If you have version 0.8.0 or later, just install the newest version. If you have an older version you need to uninstall that first. Earlier versions are not compatible. Also as always the support forum is there to be used. And lastly if you just want to play, There is a demo site set up to test out every feature of Shopping Matters.
Now one more thing. If Shopping Matters doesn't do what you want it to. Tell me. I'll make it do what you want/need at no charge. We are trying to make this product better for everyone.

I've only used two other shopping carts on Joomla so I may not be the most qualified to say that SM is probably the best, in terms of balance. It's still in BETA but I can see where it's going and when it's finally finished it will probably be more popular than VM. I like Virtue Mart...it's a great system but can be a little complicated to use and take a long time to learn. In contrast Shopping Matters is pretty easy and not so complex to learn.
having said that, it isn't perfect...definately still in BETA but the support I got from these guys made up for any little problem or mystery I encountered. I found their phone number and (once I worked out the time difference) got in touch with them. These guys clearly want SM to be awesome so if you install it, don't be afraid to get in touch with them and give them feedback. I had to email them and call them but hopefully there will be a bit more info available on their forums later on (bit of a ghost town right now).

Haven't really cracked the whole SEO thing on SM...
having said that, it isn't perfect...definately still in BETA but the support I got from these guys made up for any little problem or mystery I encountered.
