Seber cart is a great component (I write about paid version), very simple to use, with a great support. When I bought it lacked some important features, a few pots on the forum and ... Now they are. Thank you to all the team and long live Serber cart.

This is an excellent product in that it does all that it claims to and is essentially bug free. It handles Paypal, Credit Card Payment Gateways (limited range) and Direct Debit and it has a sensible commonsense operation. If you have used Joomla, a few hours is all that is needed to get it all working.

I have tried another major Joomla cart and found it essentially to be inoperable and spent 4-6 months getting nowhere; I was somewhere with this in a few days and invested after this in the commercial version - their support is responsive.

The only drawback is as a new product, it is not feature rich but I would think it would satisfy about 80 % of customers that need a shopping cart. If you have a very large store, you would have to use another cart (I would think).

But if you are just starting on shopping carts, I would think there would be no point in going further than Sebercart.

This e-commerce extension does everything it said it could. It looks great on my site, has the features I need and is straight forward to install and use.

The support I received from the Seber team and the forum was fast and very effective.

I've tested atleast 7 different Joomla carts, and of them all, Seber is as close as it gets to balancing ease of use and functionality. The store is simple enough to be installed and configured on your site within minutes, but flexible enough to serve both you and your customers well.

If you sell less than or around 30 items, I think you can't go wrong with Seber cart.

The tech support is responsive and reliable. It's a new cart, but I think it has the blueprint to a leader among Joomla small business eCommerce solutions.

I used Seber Cart to rapidly build categories and products and offers a selection of methods for payment handling, and several really nice facilities such as Product Reviews. Even thought I would class myself as a novice ... I found Seber Cart easy to download, install and configure, .. Speedy Excellent Software.

I had the opportunity to try Seber Cart as I needed a medium size cart. It loaded well and works very well for my situation, which is selling about 35 products. Seber cart offers many nice options:
1. It is user friendly and I am sure my client will be able to manage this cart themselves.
2. It offers several pay options.
3. The display is nice and it has three ways to show your item information, two of which save space.
4. Very basic option for tax, shipping, etc. which works for this size of project.

The only thing I would like to have is for it to display by category, but it might already do it because I know it can be used in a more custom manner, so I will see if I can get it to provide a few more formats. There are lots of modules to offer additional ways to merchandise content.

After I read the description of this this component, I thought WOW! This might be something.

I have downloaded and installed it, the component, the modules and plugins that are required.

Setup a couple of products etc etc and I have created a button that takes me to the "shop".

When I click on it, it says that page cannot be displayed. I have tried everything but can't get it to work.

Would have been nice to test the "FREE" version and then maybe purchase the commercial version.

Any suggestions...? PLEASE :)

(What I can say... from what I have seen from the backend, the configuration etc... LOOKS GREAT, very user friendly and plain)

I should preface this review with a statement that whilst I am reasonably IT literate I cannot code a single line so I was looking for something with the features I was after for a small site as well as having good support and no need for code modifications.
I tried Vitruemart which was more than I needed and only had major package companies like DHL and it also had some issues I couldn't find answers to.
Then I tried Simple Caddy which was less than I needed or I was too simple to get it to do what I wanted.
I noticed SeberCart had arrived so decided to give it a go. I had a couple of issues mainly due to how I'd installed Joomla so I contacted Seber to help me out.
This is where I was sold, the support from Seber was fantastic and all my issues are now resolved without me having to write a single line of code.
I also like this product because it has all payment types built in and has the ability to have an Australia Post matrix.
Thanks to the guys at Seber I'd definitely recommmend this product and will be looking to purchase the full version when my business is ready.
