Editor's Note
- This extension requires registration to download.
- mod HTML allows you to add any html or javascript to your modules withought having to change any settings in Joomla. Therefore you don't have to disable your editor to insert an HTML snippet. Just create a mod html module, and insert your HTML or Javascript into this module.
- You can copy the module in the Module Manager, for quick clones of an advertisement or banner ad. Also since a large number of advertisments, affiliates, or third party modules come as small HTML snippets, mod html allows you to insert this HTML into your Joomla website without having to mess around with your template.
- Another great usage of mod html is to insert Google AdSense into your website. Just copy and paste from your google adsense account page.
Finally, a way to insert custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript without having my code stripped. This was so easy to use. I created the module, added my custom code, selected which menu items I wanted it to appear on (in this case, I embedded iContact code on our "Contact Us" page), and voila! So easy and it worked a treat. Thanks for an excellent module.

I had some problems trying to edit a conatct form for a client....
I work hard for over a week until I found this beauty...
The only problem I see, is when you try to edit the code....
didnt work I had to delete it and redoit (witch is not a problem)...
Maybe is just me but that was it...
Other than that, is just amazing...

This extension should be part of Joomla. I don't see how anyone could customize a Joomla site without this. A must have...
Thanks bunches for making this module. I am new to Joomla and just building my first website which I will need to contain youtube videos on many pages. I couldn't get a plugin to work and came to find this module which works without any further setup effort required - just cut and paste like so many other HTML based editors. Thank you kindly for making this extension so dummy proof that a new Joomla! 1.5 user like myself could install so easily.
Just what i've been looking for,i had been racking my brains how to get a live score javascript module working for our soccer supporters site. Easy to get up and running, and does exactly what it's supposed to do..........keep up the good work
I don't like anything too complicated (I used Jumi but found it to be too much work). This module was the answer. I had problems putting an Amazon.com book carousel on my front page using the Custom HTML module.
But Mod HTML handled that Amazon.com like a champ! Thanks for the module. I'm using it now for all my Jumi-like code insertions.
