My experience with Dutch developments is first class support - They have been fast to resolve a few issues I had, and implement suggestions to the component.
The component also does the job well of exporting user data from Communitty Builder (what I needed it for).
The lack of documentation is a small minus, but the component is pretty easy to work with, so I didn't need any.
Also I don't agree with the rating from Thai - I used this with Jooma 1.7 and latest Community Builder 1.7 - it just works.
This is a ridiculous review to say the least.
First off, we have been in contact 4 times. My last sent email has not been replied to, hard to assist when there is no cooperation from the other site.
Secondly, the software is compatible with all versions of CB, there is no dependency whatsoever. I have also mentioned this in a support email when we were in contact.
You also state that there are no updates, well that is just not true, we have just recently released a native J1.6 version and will be releasing a nooku version shortly. On the contrary to what you state, the ongoing development of the software is very active.
I have absolutely no idea why you are not reviewing the usage of the software itself rather then talking about support, as stated above, I have yet to receive a reply to my last sent email. I cannot help you if you don't allow me to.
