The previous reviews show that people do not appreciate this developer's work. This plugin worked great and did the job in minutes! This is a time saver and people should be donating instead of complaining.

Your work is appreciated, at least by me!

Thanks!

I would have given this a 5-star review but there was very little documentation on the support forum to resolve the tab ordering issue with this plugin in CB. If you are having the issue a lot of people were having with RocketTheme templates where the ReCaptcha plugin is sticking to the top of your page you need to edit your joomlacore.css file. Search for this ID #recaptcha_widget_div. If you comment that CSS ID out it will fix your issue. Other than that this is a good extension.

If you search in the support forum you will find several threads talking about the tab ordering. This problem is all about your configuration and your CSS properties. Obviously I can't control these aspects of your website. So, it is not an issue of my plugin at all.

Just what I was looking for. Easy to install and configure. Using J2.5.4 and CB1.8 without any issues.

Thank you so much for taking the time to develop and share.

Using CB reCaptcha in Joomla 2.5 since February 2012 as an alternative to commercial CAPTCHA for Community Builder.
Pros: Integration with reCAPTCHA, simple interface.
Disadvantages: if you do not use reCAPTCHA, you have problems with HTTPS.
Technical support - do not used.
Using CB reCaptcha for registration on the blog and the website of the university.
Engaged in web technologies since March 2007. Use Joomla since December 2009.

A very easy to use CB plugin. Simply install the plugin via the CB plugin Installer, publish it, enter you reCaptcha Keys and that's all.

Tested with Joomla! 2.5 and Community Builder 1.7.1 (reCaptcha only)

I launched a site using Community builder user registration, within 24 hours I had my first fake user registered. Found this extension which should work with Joomla 1.6. In 10 minutes it was installed and worked like charm. No tweaking or styling required. Excellent and thank you for this !

It's really a great extension !
Easy to install and to set.

One little thing, I choose reCaptcha, because with cache enabled and myCaptcha the Captchaseems to be cached.
But that's not a real problem because setting reCaptcha is really easy too !

Thanks for this "must have" plugin for CB
Owner's reply

If you use joomla cache plugin the image generated in myCaptcha mode will be cached. The plugin store the full html of the page for the next unregistered visitor.
Anyway, It's not a problem at all (from my point of view).
