You can display each profile field in the infobubble, markers icon is customisable, the center point can be the current user location for iPhone, iPad, Android, and other mobile devices. The infobubble is full customizabe and support the Jomsocial status.
Profile avatar is allowed, and link on the profile is active. The google map is customisable (size, controls, mode, ...). There is no languages files, just one string to edit in the module parameters.

I have tested several Google map modules and plugins in combination with Community Builder. Maps for CB / JS Community is very easy to work with and has all the basic options to autocreate a map for our users (zoomlevel, maptype, custom bubble contents and even a markertype).
One of the options not included in this module is Clustering of markers which I needed.

This is one of the best and most useful modules I have seen.
Easy to install and configure, it includes options for the centre of the map, zoom factor, and the fields to display in the bubble when the user mouses over a marker. There is also an option to use custom markers which I did not require.
I ran into a problem caused by one of the community builder fields displayed in the bubble, it caused the map not to display.
I disabled the field, notified pelloquin, they modified the code, sent me an update and it now works fine.
Excellent product, excellent support, excellent value for money.

I purchased the CB on Google Map ($13.5) and it works like a charm. No problems whatsoever.
A little bit of a background:
The Map requires geographical coordinates that can be either fed automaticaly, if you have a GeoCoder (additional module) or if you add an additional script so that the address your CB member enters is converted into these coordinates and then transferred on to Google Maps.
I had purchased a geocoder from a different developer previously, along with their map component and guess what - their Geocoder worked with Joomla 1.0, but the Map would only work with Joomla 1.5 - so my money was essentially thrown away. (I complained about it and that developer never responded!!!!)
So I was stuck with a Geocoder from one developer and the CB on Google Map by Cedric and didn't know how to get them to work together.
Cedric not only responded right away to my emails, he gave me detailed answers with guidelines and advice which were all very helpful.
Turns out he also has a Geo Coder to match his Map component (they are compatible with both Joomla 1 and Joomla 1.5).
I strongly recommend. Thank you for your great products!
