The email can easily be styled by editing the template.
This version is compatible with DOCman 1.4.0BETA2 and higher, as well as with Joomla! v1.0.x and Joomla! V1.5RC3.

Docman is the main reason I chose Joomla and extensions like this add great value to any Docman site. Hopefully one day it will be enhanced so that we can also send notifications of new files to all registered users.

Good tool - I just wish it was a little more specific to categories. I would love to be able to only send an email when someone in a specific category uploads.

Installed easy. Great work. I always thought this feature should have been part of the original l component.
